過去一星期終於初嘗網上 Group Class 教學。作為一個科技白痴，一開始當然有失誤...😅 試過把 AirPod 錯配到 Tony 的手機，改用外置咪卻收到更多背景雜音...對於同學來說，也是一個新體驗吧？眼見你們常常探頭追看我在螢光幕上的動作，無論教或學，也是一個全新體驗。
偶然在網上看到一句話：「Trial and Error；嘗試，直至我們找到出路。」在抗疫期間，要找到新出路，就是要不斷嘗試啊！無論有多陌生，多困難，嘗試，直至我們找到出路。#共勉之

Last week I finally started my online teaching! 💻🧘🏻♀️Not familiar with zoom and the set up, the sound and visual were not going well as I expected. (Now I figure using AirPods is the best so I can deliver a better shavasana body scan experience! 💤 )
Randomly saw a saying online: “Trial and Error; keep trying, there must be a way out of here.” No matter how new / unfamiliar / hard it is, try and let’s find a way to survive, especially under this difficult time. #WeAreInThisTogether 💪🏽
