今天是小麥哥來上菜---墨西哥辣豆醬🍲
很不道地的墨西哥菜，但我們三個人不加飯，這一鍋滿滿的一下子吃光光，超有飽足感！🥰🥰
Chili Con Carne簡稱Chili，是墨西哥風味的家常菜，香味濃郁也可以辣得很爽，滿滿的一鍋肉醬加上香料及各式蔬菜，兼具營養與美味啦！
📌豬絞肉、牛絞肉都可
📌洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、番茄
📌番茄泥罐頭、紅腰豆罐頭（也可加鷹豆罐頭，但我們不愛鷹嘴豆，用玉米代替）
📌孜然粉、奧勒岡葉、辣椒粉（是這菜的靈魂啊...可惜我們沒有孜然粉，隨意用點黑胡椒就算了！🤣）
懶得寫食譜（反正也沒人想看），反正就是蔬菜、肉末、香料炒一炒，最後番茄泥加下去，煮滾收汁（喔！我們也沒有牛高湯）...（我們到底還有啥？！😑😑😑）是說真的用鑄鐵鍋關火後燜煮超入味的，隨便煮煮就好吃，管他那麼多！

I missed the hearty, cozy chili again, and I got Omnipork at hand, so here is this vegan chili sin carne.
The flavor of Omnipork is quite interesting. It goes really well in this dish. And I will say that fresh coriander is a must in this dish, at least for me.
This is a great dish for meal prep as well, as the flavor goes deeper as time goes by. I hope you will enjoy it. :)
最近又想吃暖呼呼的墨西哥辣豆醬，加上想來試沒用過的 OMNI 新豬肉 (植物肉)，就有這道料理啦。
一開始吃新豬肉的味道有點不習慣，但覺得加上芫荽(香菜)整個就升級超美味!
這道料理適合先製備無好，冷藏一晚味道會更入味更好吃。希望你們試了也會喜歡 :)
