I finally get to try 太二酸菜鱼 today! They have more than 300 stores in China and have recently opened their first SG restaurant in Jewel Changi Airport. Their Suan Cai Yu comes in a huge plate with the tender fish slices swimming in a pool of soup, brimming with red chillis, Sichuan peppercorn and pickled cabbage. Very shiok!

今年最满意的一餐~ 说多了都是口水
Our favorite meal of the year

Got our hands on the popular #太二酸菜鱼 from China and it was SO GOOD. They have 300 stores in China and they just opened their very first store in Singapore. Thankfully we were kiasu enough to be the first few to get in :))) Their Signature 酸菜鱼 is so flavourful, tender and delicious! We loved BOTH the 酸菜 and the 鱼. We recommend their 蛋黄海苔脆脆 as well, esp for all the salted egg lovers!

Update: ok they are so packed now they are only accepting reservations for now. If you wanna visit them, make your reservation on their FB page (太二酸菜鱼新加坡) or contact them via WeChat: xjptaier/tjtaier3

在廣州吃酸菜魚，有三家店是比較出名的，一個是祿鼎記，一個是阿強家，還有一個就是今天這期節目的主角——太二。去太二吃過的人，估計都會對它留下深刻印象：不管是店裡的奇葩規定，比如4人以上不接待，吃魚的時候不能玩手機，不做外賣……還是菜上桌時，服務員扯開嗓子喊的那一句：比魚好吃的酸菜來了……都讓人非常“上腦”！當然，平心而論，太二的酸菜魚，味道也確實是不錯的！要不然，光憑標新立異的包裝，也很難火這麼久。最近受疫情影響，一直強調不做外賣的太二，也迫於無奈做起外賣來了，還聲明只做1個月！對於貪新鮮的我們來說，當然要第一時間測評一下，看看它的外賣，能不能保持堂食的水準啦！ P.S.節目中言論，僅代表個人意見。
