2⃣: Wall Squat 60-120s
3⃣: Push-ups x 20 reps, tempo 3010
4⃣: Bodyweight Squat x 20 reps, tempo 4010
Next level you can hold a dumbbell)
5⃣: Superman x 20 reps, ISO hold 1s
6⃣: Rowing for abs x 20 reps
rest 60s
