2019年1月19號(中小學剛放假) 到1月31號(13天)(2月4日除夕喔)，我想跟大家一起去 Langtang 健行(10歲以上身體健康能健行)，會請尼泊爾ASIAN TREKKING協助，全程輕裝供糧食並住兩、三人房山屋，每小隊二、三位專業尼泊爾高山嚮導與一位台灣指導員，五位背工，會走到Kjangjin Ri Peak (4400m) 或是 Tsergo Ri (4984m) ，走不上去或不想走的就在Kyangjin (3730m) 等我們當天下來，有興趣的請預留時間。(費用含機票、雪巴文化演講，嚮導聖母峰經驗談、行前訓練、簽證費用75000元，不含小費與加都住宿之午晚餐)。本行程與旅行社合辦，名額只有30人喔！有興趣請私訊預訂喔！說明會將於九月30號下午2點於師大誠大樓公領系10樓藝能教室舉辦。
演講：藝術的力量(請幫忙分享)
國際著名藝術家，葉蕾蕾(Lily Yeh )老師，她用藝術改變了世界，盧安達、非洲貧民窟、費城黑人區，大陸、台灣......，無數的社區與學校，因為她帶著當地人藝術的共同參與，改變了當地人的生命。
四月24日下周二 18:30到21:30，在台師大誠大樓十樓公團部，此次回台兩周，她爽快答應我個人邀請，特別為大家分享她在全世界的藝術工作及她背後的思維。如果你是老師、藝術家、社區工作者、藝術治療師，特別歡迎你來參與。不用報名，不需費用。座位有限。
國際聞名的藝術家 葉蕾蕾 See the beauty, see the hope!
國際藝術家葉蕾蕾，是社區改造與藝術界所傳頌的傳奇人物，曾於2003年獲美國福特基金會頒發「改變世界的領袖獎」，紐約藝術家池農特別為其拍攝「葉蕾蕾傳奇」紀錄片，亦獲得影展銅牌獎，美國公共電視台早已將她的事蹟拍成影片-「村子裡的天使」，在全美各地播放。

她師大美術系畢業就與先生一起到美國發展，決定先當插畫家，也在紐約找到了經紀人，出版兒童讀物數十本。她家的窗口正好可以望見紐約世貿大樓，在911事件親眼看見大樓崩塌，她大受震撼，也感受紐約人心中的不安。某個機緣裡，讓人可以沉靜下來的“尼尼”，因此誕生。
她體悟到，要認真生活、誠實面對自己；表現形式上不斷精進的同時，藝術的本質不能改變。
