📌如果你不想自己做roti那么多工,也可以去买现成的!
🔥懒人面饼:
✅Paratha 1片
✅炼奶 1汤匙
✅糖 1汤匙
✅牛油
✅Nutella
✅香蕉 1根
1⃣把冷冻的roti paratha解冻5分钟
2⃣解冻后的roti paratha用手推开,让面饼面积大一点
3⃣香蕉切片,放在饼皮中间,然后包起来
4⃣热锅放牛油,把饼皮放在锅中煎至roti canai那样就可以了,记得撒一些汤
4⃣切成9块,然后抹上nutella和炼奶!
🔥自制面饼:
✅普通面粉 500g
✅anchor unsalted butter 55g
✅香蕉 一根
✅炼奶 1汤匙
✅Nutella
1⃣unsalted butter加入面粉搅拌均匀,搓成大面团醒面15分钟
2⃣15分钟后,把大面团切成小面团(一个小面团80g)
3⃣一个半汤匙unsalted butter搅拌1汤匙食用油,把做好的80g小面团放进去收藏3小时
4⃣三小时后拿小面团出来,用手掌压扁,再甩甩甩,铺上切块香蕉,包起来,拿去煎到好像roti canai就可以了
4⃣切成9块,最后淋上炼奶大口大口吃

Wooo it's Week 3 !!!
I can't believe that it's week 3!!! I need to do 6 video of her workout in a day + complete the run. I can tell it's ain't easy, but I did it! and.. I lost 5kg in week 3! I can't believe that! ??❤️
