士多啤梨﹣又稱草莓，屬性偏涼 。能消暑清熱，生津止渴。能舒緩喉嚨乾、喉嚨痛或身體偏熱症狀。一般人能適量服用，唯脾胃虛寒容易胃痛、腹瀉者不宜多吃 。
啤梨﹣又稱西洋梨，是梨的一種，屬性偏涼，能生津解渴、潤燥化痰、清熱解酒的功效。能舒緩喉嚨乾、聲音沙啞、便秘等身體偏熱症狀。脾胃虛寒易腹瀉者不宜多吃。
蘋果﹣屬性平和，能生津潤肺、幫助消化、潤肺養胃止瀉。能解酒、對脾胃虛弱易有腹瀉、胃脹及消化不良的人尤其適合。
橙﹣屬性偏涼，有順氣、止嘔及解酒的作用。適合氣滯體質人士、能解酒、舒緩胸悶、脅肋疼痛、欲吐等症狀。
