MGH Seafood Restaurant's Prosperity Abalone Poon Choi's main ingredients include 10 abalones, Ming prawns, sea cucumber, scallops, homemade oyster and seaweed balls, shitake mushrooms, half a kampung chicken, half a roast duck, braised pork belly, dried scallop, broccoli and others.
