柯思畢代表首度到嘉義市，深深感受這座熱情城市的魅力；我也跟代表介紹建城歷史和觀光景點，提起教育、醫療，更有說不完的好成績好表現。
你們知道嗎！其實以色列不太下雨，但是不缺水；沒有油，但是卻不缺電。怎麼做到的？他們靠技術、靠發展，化危機為轉機，這也是台灣值得學習的精神。

Israel in Taipei
以色列是科技創新的國家，重視幼兒探索教育及防災意識，感謝 Israel in Taipei 駐台北以色列經濟文化辦事處的 #柯思畢代表（Mr. Omer Caspi）捐贈抗震桌，由以色列比薩利藝術設計學院師生共同設計，重量只有27公斤，抗震力卻高達1噸，相信可以提供桃園防災教育館作為教育使用，讓小孩更深刻學習防災意識。
桃園和以色列拉馬甘市（Ramat Gan）在2016年締結為姊妹市，市府曾派參訪團到以色列進行城市交流，這次也非常感謝柯思畢代表的支持，他認為台灣的防災教育非常重要，也讓抗震桌的捐贈更有教育意義；我也很期待，桃園市與以色列能有更多層面的交流，包括在防災、科學、技術、教育與文化等，相信都有更多合作的機會。

「以色列海外志工計畫」每年約接待來自 45 個國家的 1,000 名志工前往以色列社福機構服務，台灣青年參與人數名列亞洲國家前矛，展現民間充沛愛心力量。藉由協定的簽署，將深化雙方志工領域的合作，進一步增進兩國友誼。相關資訊平台將於近期設置，有意投入志工服務的朋友，請隨時關注衛福部官網資訊。
Taiwanese #volunteers represent the very best of #CivicDiplomacy overseas, as MOFA Vice Minister Miguel Tsao stated at the recent signing of a memorandum of understanding aimed at deepening exchange and cooperation in #volunteering between #Taiwan and #Israel.
Representative Omer Caspi of the Israel Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei, encouraged more young Taiwanese people to volunteer under the country’s overseas volunteer program, as we approach 2021, the 20th anniversary of the passing of the #Taiwan’s Volunteer Service Act.
1,000 young volunteers from 45 countries around the world volunteer with social welfare organizations in Israel every year, and Taiwanese participants have always ranked among the top from Asia.

本片為本館與駐台北以色列經濟文化辦事處自110年5月14日至8月22日於本館八樓共同展出「以色列影響世界的發明與發展」特展之線上講座。
配合防疫不停學，本講座邀請開發智慧電腦系統的以色列研究者，巴伊蘭大學的Sarit Kraus教授作為主講人，在8月15日下午3-5點與大家分享研究歷程。
講座影片包括Kraus教授的演講以及後續問答，邀請你與我們一起學習，思考人工智慧以及智慧電腦系統對我們生活在未來的影響，並且從各自的領域一起準備！
This webinar is on the occasion of the exhibition “Israeli Discoveries and Developments that Influenced the World” co-organized by the National Taiwan Science Education Center and the Israeli Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei. The exhibition is exhibited from May 14th to August 22nd 2021.
In order to provide education for all, the talk was hosted online. We invited Dr. Sarit Kraus, a professor of computer science at the Bar-Ilan University in Israel as the speaker to share her research with us on the 15th August.
This video includes Professor Kraus’ lecture and the QA session. We invite you to learn with us, think about the potential influence artificial intelligence and smart computer system will bring to us and start preparing for the coming future!
