[BORDEAUX City - Phénix d’Or ☺️]

在去廚房樂章時碰到正正在旁邊的有趣小店。雖然晚餐吃得很飽但還是要試試。正宗河內華橋三十多年前開的越南餐廳。現已交給他們的女兒及她四五十歲的法國本地丈夫一起打理。他們跟本不知道米其林有推介他們餐廳。餐廳雖然裝潢的新派，但食物卻十分地道，牛肉非常嫩。唯獨湯底味道偏甜，不是我的愛好。

We tumbled into this interesting place located next to chefs concert where we have dinner. Although we’ll quite full after dinner, we couldn’t resist the temptation to give it a try afterwards. Opened thirty years ago by native Vietnamese from Hanoi and is now operated by their daughter and her husband. They don’t even know that they are recommended by Michelin guide. The restaurant is newly renovated so it’s hard to imagine that the food here is very authentic and beef is very tender. It’s just that I find the soup base is slightly too sweet to my palate.
