#尖沙咀 <當文歷餅店 by Dominique Ansel> -攻略篇🎯-
它的菠蘿油蛋糕和檸檬茶蛋糕🍰各位這星期大概在IG都快要看膩了吧😜 今天主要想跟大家交代一下舖頭的實況/我的親身經驗!
位置其實就在海運大廈Greyhound對面。排隊就一定啦💁🏻♂️ 這裡分開了兩條隊:堂食/外賣。兩條隊都超長,無一幸免😬 我做好了等一個小時的心理準備,但等了大概40分鐘就已經坐下來了,比想像中快!
我是週末大概4點鐘去的🕓 心裡以為蛋糕款式應該所剩無幾,但原來所有都齊全!5點半離開的時候,菠蘿油和檸檬茶才剛剛賣光。廚房應該是預料週末人流會大幅增加,所以做了充足準備👏🏼
兩邊的隊尾都豎著一個餐單。售完的糕點會在這裡貼上告示,好讓你不會冤枉地排了隊,然後後來才發現想食的都沒了👌🏼 安排座位給你前,要先點餐付錢,然後員工就會把飲食送到你桌上。
老實說,他們運作上還有稍稍混亂。我們沒叫的糕點都給送上來了,或者,已經放到我們桌上的蛋糕,他們會同一款再給一次😂 看見旁邊的客人亦有類似的情況出現。但是,這裡的員工都非常友善,而且手腳超快!幾乎坐下來就馬上有蛋糕吃了🤤 還有,即使是給我們遞上了錯的東西,都會非常迅速的更改錯處👍🏼 所以顧客們不會有hard feeling😌
As many of you have probably seen their cute pastries on social media again and again for the past few days📱 I’d like to instead focus on sharing the pleasant experience I had dining at @dangwenlihk 😉
The shop is located right across from Greyhound at Ocean Terminal. The hype is real, so expect to wait in line. There are two queues: dine-in & take away. I was ready to wait for an hour, but to my surprise, I was seated within 40mins!😍
I went around 4pm on a weekend🕓 Was actually expecting most cakes to have run out by then, yet they were all still available! It was only until 5:30pm when I overheard that they ran out of the most appealing Pineapple Bun🍍 & Lemon Tea🍋 cakes. Their kitchen team must have foreseen a drastic increase of guest flow and made proper arrangements👏🏼
There is a menu clipped at the end of both queues that indicates which items are sold out. This way, you won’t have to innocently line up just to realize later that the pastry you wanted has been all sold out👌🏼 Also, you will be asked to order and pay in advance before being seated.
Lastly, there was a tiny issue that we encountered. Pastries we had not ordered were delivered to our table, or the exact same menu item was delivered to us twice🤔 Seems like the tables next to us ran into similar problems as well. Despite the slight confusion in their operations, I must give praise to the staff😌 Not only are they quick on their feet, they are also polite and willing to help. Sure, there were a few mistakes here and there, but they were so fast in correcting them, which really helped minimize the impact done to our experience. {最有HEART❤️的法國Pâtissier 為香港人而設的餅店}
其實單是「當文歷餅店」這個店名就應該去潮聖,再看看食品的設計,完全反映香港飲食文化,這入鄉隨俗的誠意,絕對值得排隊進貢。
很多過江龍來到香港,都是拿着自己本來已有的Menu就開店,因為他們知道單是「過江龍」這三個字,就足夠叫愛排隊的香港人自動自覺排隊。但Dominique Ansel沒有打這張牌,他為了香港人,實地到香港考察,去掃街篤魚蛋,去茶記飲朱奶;再回去硏發屬香港人的甜品。單看這份誠意,我認為已超越所有名廚!
你們看看Menu就知,每件Items都係真正為香港人而設,為什麼? 旅客不會明白什麼是火腿通,為什麼有紙包檸檬茶,這是香港人的回憶,是我們自己人的回憶。我們看到他的甜品,我們會回心微笑。
P.S Dominique Ansel溫文有禮,總是在微笑。產品定價貼地,大眾可以afford到。本人個人最愛❤️篤篤魚蛋!

聽過吧 當爺乃開山始祖 背後真正推手
海港城哩間更係 現時全亞洲唯一分店
貴為全球麵包店名店25强 揀咗香港
香港人還真是有口福 唔使飛紐約都
嚐到一生人一定要去一次嘅麵包店
雖然香港舖暫時就未有Cronut
但必試當爺另一招牌名物DKA
嗰日排緊時 店方都有派畀大家試食
面頭帶有焦糖香 要再買一隻試真啲先得
留意到啲人走水貨咁款 抽住幾袋走好癲
不過我都係五十步笑百步 我又何嘗唔係
再來係想試超多人推介既吉列滑蛋三文治
從來冇試過呢個咁屈機嘅組合外脆內軟
至於餐飲梗係揀佢嘅開花熱朱古力
當然仲有香港限定嘅曲奇樽仔奶茶
