上禮拜直播提到的女性月經週期，有許多網友問到要怎麼算排卵期。
其實，「排卵日」無法正確推算，只能用估計的，所以才有「排卵期」。
我不覺得安全期一定安全，但危險期一定有其風險，所以算《危險期》比安全期相對安全🔐

這裡我手繪了一般大眾所知的

2。女性自己應該都可以用到的分泌物觀察法
3。排卵試紙測試法
希望能簡化複雜的知識，幫助大家理解。
我推薦經期不規律的朋友們可以使用第二種的分泌物觀察或第三種試紙測試法，受孕率或避孕率會相對提高。
女生上完廁所擦拭後通常就可以觀察到分泌物的狀態，記得請由前往後「沾」。

在分泌物較濕潤水狀的同時，女性性慾會相對提高，這也許是生物的本能，一到受孕期，身體自然會告訴你該受孕了，在此時如果沒有小孩計劃，請記得攜帶保險套！

*基礎體溫也是一個可以算危險期的方式，但我個人覺得有點麻煩，而且會忘記，所以沒那麼推薦。

How to calculate ovulation? This is the time of the month to get pregnant easily. When an egg is released from your ovaries, which usually occurs 14 days before your next period starts (Fig 1).
How to detect ovulation from cervical mucus? There’re four phases in a period. Right after the period, it’s not ovulating when the mucus is dry or sticky (I); when the mucus becomes elastic and creamy, the ovulation may be coming (II); when the mucus becomes wet and resembles an raw white egg, the ovulation is very close(III). Last, it’s almost the ovulation when the discharge is watery. Either phase II or III is easily to get pregnant (Fig 2).
You can predict this by checking and tracking cervical mucus changes. You will know it when you wipe your vaginal discharge by paper towels.
The third way is to use ovulation predictor to know your the most fertile days (Fig 3).
It’s very important to know how your body works and it can be empowering. Don’t be shy to know your body. You are definitely the key to prevent something unpredictable happened.
