之前有媽媽問過我有無手提攪拌棒介紹，呢支Bamix睇下你哋啱吾啱用，靚野黎嘅，被譽為廚界勞斯萊斯，瑞士製造，好多五星級大廚用佢，可以上youtube睇有好多示範。做BB food打菜肉蓉打湯做埋蛋糕仔絕對OK無需質疑，我用左一段時間發覺佢仲有以下可取之處：
1.代替左吾同嘅廚房工具，慳位慳電，除左碎肉碎冰，仲可以打蛋白/忌廉/奶泡/奶昔做甜品，也能做醬磨粉，有入廚或整甜品癮嘅朋友值得諗，真係一支搞掂好多範野。
2. 可直接放入煲內blend吾會打花煲底，如果有用鑄鐵鍋嘅朋友就知呢樣幾咁重要😁
3. 配合三種刀頭，粉醬研磨盒同1公升BPA free量杯，2段轉速，安全開關，雙重絕緣設計，不銹鋼製造夠耐用。
4. 座枱慳位靚仔又方便，彈性電線拉到去爐頭個煲到用都得，用完縮返埋去吾使收。
5. Blend完順手掛係架到，用完直接拉去水嚨頭沖水👍。

這次分享的蛋餅食譜，不是QQ的粉漿蛋餅，而是脆皮蛋餅版本，實驗了好多次找出我覺得最佳的口感。影片中用攪拌機來揉麵，不過蛋餅麵團很好成團用手揉也很快、輕鬆，所以沒有機器也做得到。做蛋餅不太會失敗唷，加了蛋、淋上醬油膏之後，都會瞬間被掃光啦！

【蛋餅食材 / Ingredients】
份量可作四份 / 4 serving
200 g 中筋麵粉 / all purpose flour
3 g 鹽 / salt
110 g 沸水 / boiling water
25 g 冷水 / cold water
10 g 植物油 / vegetable oil
油酥
30 g 豬油 / lard
45 g 低筋麵粉 / cake flour
常見蛋餅內餡 / Common Filling：蔥花蛋(scallio)、玉米蛋(corn)、起士蛋(cheese)、鮪魚蛋(can tuna)、肉鬆蛋（meat floss)

I think more and more people are aware of the health issue due to the Coronavirus. So I want to share some nutritious, immune-boosting meal ideas with you. They are Berry Smoothie Bowl, Tahini Salad, and Thai Yellow Curry.
All of them got some good ingredients to boost the immune system to support health, such as ginger, turmeric, garlic, berries, and different vegetables.
