每到了夏季,可是熱帶水果的盛產期,🇹🇭泰國在這個時候在路邊就可以到處看得各式各樣的水果皮卡,不論是榴槤,山竹,等各種水果都非常豐富又便宜,相信許多人來泰國也曾經跟皮卡車買過水果,今天凱倫泰泰用視覺帶大家來一趟水果皮卡之旅!
行動水果皮卡在曼谷市區比較少見,運氣好有時可以看到幾台在巷弄內穿梭,或是在固定的地方等著上班族購買,但是通常價格都還是會比郊區的來的貴一點,來到了曼谷郊區或外府,有時在一條路上就可以看到一整排的🍉水果皮卡等著客人停靠購買,凱倫泰泰剛好疫情在家很悶,就到了家附近的皮卡水果一條街來拍照!
皮卡上的水果可以從椰子,芭樂,甘蔗,鳳梨,紅毛丹,山竹到榴槤最為普遍,而往年在泰泰的觀察下,專賣水果的皮卡往年沒有今年來的多,今年可以是多到眼花撩亂😱,甚麼水果,甚至連活螃蟹,蝦子都拿到皮卡上賣。
在泰泰購買當中詢問老闆後,才了解到有些人是因為失業了😢,而皮卡在泰國人當中是非常盛行的,既然有個載貨工具,那就批一點水果出來賣,算是一種另類商機,泰國人在疫情當中其實頭腦動的滿快的,不論是外送或是改行轉業都效率不錯!
今天凱倫泰泰就先著重這幾個月皮卡最常出現的國王水果,👑榴槤,之後會介紹其他泰國比較獨特的水果。
榴槤通常都是在5月到最晚9月都還吃到的,但是今年可是四月初就看到皮卡在賣榴槤,但是真正大出的時候大約會是落在七月左右,今年的榴槤價格也沒有往年來的便宜,榴槤是需要靠好天氣才能大產,今年因為雨水較多⛈,無法很順利結果,往年五月初來一公斤的金枕頭大約120-140泰銖,今年目前看到都還落在140-180泰銖。
泰國每年產大約70萬噸的榴槤,也是一種高糖和高熱量的水果,吃多了非常容易上火,也不能跟酒精一起使用(☠️會中毒),這也為什麼榴槤需要皇后水果山竹來一起搭配,畢竟山竹屬性涼,吃點榴槤搭配山竹只有絕配💯。
泰國榴槤大約有近40個品種,但是市面上大部分我們會比較常看到3️⃣種,今天凱倫泰泰來稍微介紹這三種給各位,或許可以解一點各位對榴槤的迷思和恐懼。
首先想要介紹的是泰泰最愛的榴槤品種,對許多遊客來說比較陌生的,這品種叫做 Gaan Yao ก้านยาว✅,中文有時叫做長柄(直譯),如果要吃榴槤泰泰一定都會挑選這一個品種,它的樹皮比較厚,外觀比較圓,刺比較小,偏奶油色,價格也昂貴許多,上個禮拜去問一公斤還要350泰銖,但是這款真的是連不敢吃榴槤的人都說好吃,咬下去外脆內綿密,甜度較低一點,好品質的長柄榴槤,就算您站在他旁邊都聞不到榴槤氣味,非常推薦! (🤭據說這款榴槤以前也曾經在政商名流當中當作賄絡的水果之一,就是那麼高貴)
第二個是 Chanee ชะนี✅,中文叫做長臂猿,是市面上常看到較便宜的的榴槤之一,也是凱倫泰泰最恐懼的一個,顏色偏黃,喜歡吃重口味偏軟的都會挑它,長臂猿的榴槤氣味可以說是最濃郁的,遠遠就能聞到氣味,有些人就是特愛😆,因為濃郁所以都常常拿來做成在製品,例如榴槤糯米,榴槤糕,糖果之類的。
第三個是Monthong หมอนทอง✅,中文叫金枕頭,也應該是大家最熟悉,也是銷到國外最多品種之一,它也是榴槤裡面體積比較大的一種,表準的大約都是3-4公斤一顆,甜度和鮮度適中,顏色偏淡黃,好品質的金枕頭質地比較乾,然後拿到手中不應該黏手,除此之外,也不應該會散發出濃郁的榴槤氣味。
說到了濃郁的榴槤氣味,有一次公司泰國同事到了台灣,帶他去買水果時,看到了金枕頭榴槤,他一臉吃驚😱,因為他說怎麼可以味道那麼重,然後那麼軟,顏色那麼深,他強調說這樣的榴槤在泰國是沒有人要買的,過熟到早就已經拿去當在製品,到了大賣場的金枕頭榴槤也都是如此,好品質的金枕頭榴槤應該要如泰泰以上所形容的才有品質!
這也就能了解為什麼許多人對榴槤的恐懼如此的大,其實好吃的榴槤會讓你一吃就難忘😋,如果大家想要嘗試Gaan Yao(長柄品種)淡是在曼谷市區找不到,建議可以到洽圖洽(Chatuchak)旁的安多哥高級市場(Or Tok Kor)選購,雖然那邊的單價高出去多,但是那邊的品質很優👍,很好吃!

荔枝 vs 紅毛丹
水果控:「紅毛丹和荔枝很相似,它跟荔枝一樣容易令人上火嗎?」
CheckCheckCin:夏天是荔枝當造之時,從中醫角度來看,荔枝性熱,有養血、生津、理氣止痛的功效,適合體質偏寒、病後津液不足、氣血兩虧及貧血的人適量食用。但由於性熱,多吃容易上火,體質偏熱的人吃後容易出現喉嚨痛、生口瘡及生暗瘡等熱氣症狀。
紅毛丹別名毛荔枝,性熱,有滋養強壯、補血的作用,適合體質偏寒、體質虛弱、氣血不足、血壓偏低、頭暈氣短、慢性腹瀉下痢人士適量食用。由於性熱,與荔枝一樣不適合體質偏熱的人多吃,否則亦容易上火。
紅毛丹的外型的確像長了毛的荔枝,兩者同屬無患子科植物的果實,果皮與果肉的顏色都很相似,荔枝果肉水份豐富亦比較甜,紅毛丹果肉則較為香脆。吃荔枝要小心得到「荔枝病」,大量空腹食用荔枝後出現低血糖,引致頭暈噁心、腹痛肚瀉、抽搐、血壓下降等症狀,所以要注意不宜空腹吃,成年人每天不要吃多於十粒,而小童每天不宜吃多於五粒;紅毛丹則沒有此顧慮,但也要適可而止。

Lychee vs Rambutan
“Rambutan and lychee look quite similar, so will eating rambutan increase heat in the body, just as lychee does?”
CheckCheckCin: From the Chinese medicine perspective, lychee, a kind of summer fruit, is hot in nature and can nourish blood, promote saliva secretion, regulate qi, and relieve pain. They are suitable for individuals with cold body conditions, with dehydration issues during recovery from illness, lack of qi and blood as well as those suffering from anemia. However, eating too much lychee can cause excessive heat in the body due to the hot nature of the fruit. Individuals with hot conditions might easily develop heat-related symptoms such as sore throat, mouth ulcers and ache when they consume lychee.
Rambutan, also known as “hairy lychee”, is hot in nature and able to strengthen one’s stamina and nourish blood. When an appropriate amount is consumed, rambutan is suitable for those with cold body conditions, weak physique, qi and blood deficiency, low blood pressure, headache and shortness of breath, chronic diarrhea and dysentery. Just like lychee, rambutan is not suitable for individuals with hot body conditions, as it might cause excessive heat to the body when consumed.
Other than the similarity in both their outer and inner appearances, both lychee and rambutan also belong to the Sapindaceae genus. While lychee has more flesh that is succulent and is sweet in taste; rambutan is crunchier and gives out a pleasant fragrance.
Do take note of the “lychee illness”, which is consuming it with an empty stomach might result in low sugar level, leading to headache and nausea, stomach upset and diarrhea, convulsion, and a decrease in blood pressure. Both adults and children should limit the intake of lychee to less than 10 and 5 a day, respectively. Rambutan, on the other hand, is not subjected to the potential issues above, so long as it is consumed at an appropriate amount.

體質偏寒人士護膚之道
農曆新年轉眼就到,又到拜年聚會的時候,想以最靚一面示人,就要看你平日的護膚功夫了。從中醫角度來看,先辨別個人體質,才能找到最佳的護膚方案,身體在平衡狀態的人,肌膚會白裡透紅,飽滿而有光澤,如果身體在偏寒或偏熱狀態,都有機會出現不同症狀。今天先來看看體質偏寒人士如何靠飲食吃出好肌膚吧!
體質偏寒人士肌膚狀況:
- 臉色及唇色偏白
- 多偏乾,毛孔細小
- 黯淡無光澤
伴隨症狀:怕冷、大便稀爛、吃生冷食物易腹瀉或腹痛
身體偏寒的人陽氣衰弱,氣血功能較差,想改善肌膚質素就要保氣養陽,首先要少吃生冷,適量進食屬性偏溫的補氣血食材例如紅棗、黨參、北芪、桂圓,水果可多吃屬性偏溫的車厘子、桃子、紅毛丹等。
黑芝麻核桃杏仁茶
功效:補腎益精,滋潤肌膚,適合皮膚乾燥、面色欠光澤人士飲用。
材料:黑芝麻粉1湯匙、核桃粉1湯匙、杏仁粉1湯匙
做法:材料放入保溫瓶,加入沸水焗5分鐘再攪拌均勻即可。
備註:濕熱人士不宜
Skincare for those with cold related body condition
Chinese New Year is coming. If you want to show your perfect condition when visiting friends and relatives, you should take good care of your skin. From Chinese medicine perspective, you should identify your body condition first to find the most suitable skincare method. People who are in a balanced body condition should have rosy complexion, plump and shiny skin. Body will have different symptoms if you have a cold or heat related body condition. Let’s see how those with cold related body condition can nourish their skin through diet.
Skin of those prone to cold related symptoms
- Pale complexion and lip colour
- dry skin with fine pores
- dull skin
Accompanying symptoms: aversion to cold, loose stool, prone to diarrhea or abdominal pain after eating cold/raw food
People prone to cold related symptoms have weak yang qi and poor qi and blood function. If you want to improve your skin quality, you need to maintain qi and nourish yang. First, you should eat less cold/raw food, appropriately consume warm natured foods to nourish qi and blood such as Chinese red dates, codonopsis root, astragalus root, longan. You can eat more warm natured fruits such as cherry, peach, rambutan.
Black sesame tea with walnut and almond
Effects: nourishes kidneys and skin, suitable for those with dry and dull skin
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon black sesame powder, 1 tablespoon walnut powder, 1 tablespoon sweet almond powder
Preparation: place all ingredients into thermos. Then add in hot water and steep for 5 minutes and mix well.
Note: not suitable for those with damp heat body type.
