生活不如意難免產生負面情緒,負面情緒累積就會形成壓力,壓力直接影響健康,更會影響工作能力甚至人際關係。年尾除了家居需要大掃除,心靈也應該打掃一下,套用「斷捨離」方法,思考甚麼東西「最適合現在的自己」,將感受寫出來,有助梳理情緒,卸下心靈負擔。將重點放在自己身上,不再為他人期望而活,並且放下完美主義的枷鎖,都有助減輕壓力。從中醫角度來看,壓力大的人會有氣滯情況,平日適量飲用蓮藕、佛手、猴頭菇、五指毛桃等食材煲的湯,有助疏肝理氣、安神解鬱。
食材小貼士:
羅漢果 — 性寒味甘,具清熱潤肺、化痰止咳、潤腸通便功效,適合風熱型感冒引起的咳嗽、喉嚨痛,亦適合熬夜、煙酒過多、飲食過度而導致的喉嚨痛、扁桃腺發炎、失聲及便秘等症狀。但要注意風寒感冒、咳嗽及脾胃虛寒不宜多服。
蓮藕粟米羅漢果湯
功效:理氣化痰,紓緩精神壓力大、多嘆氣、喉嚨有黏痰、大便不暢等症狀。
材料:蓮藕1根、粟米1根、甘羅漢果半個、眉豆30克、南杏15克、陳皮1角
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,蓮藕去皮切片、粟米去衣留鬚切段、甘羅漢果輕壓備用。
2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Monk fruit soup can regulate the qi and eliminate phlegm
We tend to develop negative emotions when things do not go our way, and this causes us to feel stressed constantly, which in turns affects our health, our ability to work and even our social lives.

Learn to live for ourselves instead of meeting people’s expectations. By stop being an absolute perfectionist, we can also relieve our emotional stress more effectively. From the perspective of Chinese Medicine, individuals who experience anxiety all the time will experience the stagnation of the qi. It is best to drink the soup that is made from lotus root, fingered citron, monkey head mushroom and hairy fig root, as these ingredients can help soothe the liver, regulate the qi, calm the mind, and relieve anxiety.
Tip on the ingredients:
Monk fruit – cold in nature with a sweet flavour, helps to clear heat and moistens the lung, relieve phlegm and cough, moisten the intestines and relieve constipation. Suitable for those with hot-wind related cough, sore throat, as well as those with frequent late nights, those who drink and smoke, those with over-eating related sore throat, tonsillitis, loss of voice and constipation. Note that those with cold-wind related flu, cough and those with asthenic weak spleen and stomach should not consume.
Lotus root and corn soup with monk fruit
Effects: Regulates qi and reduces phlegm. Relieves mental stress, frequent sighing, sticky phlegm in the throat and difficulty passing stool.
Ingredients: 1 lotus root, 1 ear of corn, 1/2 piece golden monk fruit, 30g purple haricot, 15g sweet almonds, 1 dried citrus peel
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Cut the peeled lotus root into pieces. Cut peeled corn into pieces.(leave silk) Slightly press the golden monk fruit.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.

肺火重,痰黃可以用羅漢果幫手,但傳統羅漢果顏色偏深色,部分朋友可能較抗拒。其實可以用淺黃色的羅漢果,味道較清甜,加上滋潤皮膚的黃耳、補虛勞又潤肺的猴頭菇,飲後非常滋潤。
材料: 4人份可以用腰果代肉
1)羅漢果 1/2個 (用淺黃色的味道清甜)
有助清肺火、肺熱咳,因腸燥引致便秘,煙酒過多朋友仔適用
2)黃耳 1 両 (5-8 粒,視乎大小而定)
含豐富植物膠原蛋白,有助滋潤皮膚
3)粟米 2 支
紓緩脾胃虛熱
4)紅蘿蔔 1個
健脾,養肝明目
5)猴頭菇 4-5隻
性質平和,補而不燥,健脾、補虛勞
6)栗子 半磅
(如喜歡吃栗子可以用一磅)
健脾、補腎、強筋骨
7)肉眼 一斤
材料:
1)肉眼用凍水汆水
2)粟米、紅蘿蔔去皮切件
3)羅漢果取半個肉
4)猴頭菇清水浸軟,去蒂,將多餘水分榨走
5)栗子灼十分鐘後,用濕布剝殼
6)黃耳預先浸軟,去蒂
7)水大滾,除了黃耳外,其他材料放入鍋,大滾十分鐘,轉細火煲一個半小時
8)最後半小時,加入黃耳,煲約三十分鐘,加鹽調味完成。如果喜歡黃耳更軟滑,可以熄火焗約 15分鐘
