昨天在國產大豆生產履歷跟醬類商品的餐會上,簡天才師傅使用豆油伯的醬油做了「薑味醬油番茄切盤」發想自南台灣吃番茄會沾薑汁醬油的傳統,薑汁、醬油、糖、醋和番茄汁打成泡泡,搭配5種番茄,是很清爽的前菜。我給很高的評價,融合南台灣傳統吃法,使用本地醬油,很自然地將法式前菜的特色無暇的融合。
