Hao Ge Char Koay Teow 豪哥海鲜炒粿条 takes the stir fried noodle dish to a whole new level by introducing loads of Seafood. Probably one of the most hidden Char Koay Teow places in Penang, Hao Ge’s place can be found in one of the small alleys near Padang Tembak/ Air Itam; for those who are not familiar with the area, you will definitely need a navigation system to locate the place. The place only offers only one dish on menu- Char Koay Teow… but available in various types of Seafood combination such as Crab Meat, Squid, Prawns and Deep Fried Mantis Prawns (no Cockles btw). The Char Koay Teow’s decent but more like paying for the novelty experience of having a lot of Seafood on your plate of Char Koay Teow.
