越南GDP增7% 11年新高

拜內需與出口暢旺、製造強勁成長及外國持續投資所賜，越南2018年經濟成長7.08%，為11年來最高，並成為全球表現最好的經濟體之一。智庫已預估，越南2019年經濟成長率可望維持在7%以上。
越南今年國內生產毛額（GDP）成長率不僅遠超過原先設定的6.7%目標，也優於於經濟學家預估的6.9%。越南第4季經濟較第3季成長7.3%，也高於第3季經修正後的6.8%。
越南統計總局局長阮碧林說，「製造業是經濟亮點」，今年全年較去年成長13%；電子產品銷售激增也帶動出口較增加13.8%。他預期，隨著自由貿易協議帶動出口，明年的出口也將維持強勁成長。此外，已實現的外國直接投資也年增9%。
越南是美中貿易戰的受惠者，河內政府趁機提升其做為製造業及出口大國的地位，銷售從鞋子到智慧手機等商品。其貿易額約為國內GDP的兩倍，這項占比高居亞洲第二，僅次於新加坡。
法國外貿銀行資深經濟學家鄭阮指出：「越南準備在全球勞力密集產業中搶走一些中國的市占率，是這場貿易戰的明顯贏家。」
