今日肥波去陸軍第16空中突擊旅（16 Air Assault Brigade）訪問，呢隊就係有份參與緊急空降阿富汗首都機場，協助撤僑行動嘅部隊之一。阿富汗撤僑甩漏嘅問題上面，尋日外交委員會主席Tom Tugendhat忽然爆情報文件問到Dominic Raab口啞。
响啲𡃁隻抽，作為老細嘅肥波，仲要响啲軍人面前，點都要表下態。
"It's been clear for many months that the situation could go very fast and that has been in part of the intelligence briefings. There have also been suggestions, as you know, that the Afghan national defence force might hold on for longer."
（多個月黎，啲情報已經講得好清楚，（阿富汗）局勢係會有急促變化。相信大家都知，亦有部份情報提出，阿富汗政府保安部隊或者可以支持耐啲。）
"But logically you can see what happens: Once people in the Afghan Army felt they were no longer going to be getting the American air cover then the logic for them became really to end their resistance and so things did go faster."
（以邏輯咁睇成件事：當阿富汗政府軍感覺到唔再得到美國空軍支援之後，邏輯上佢地就會放棄抵抗（塔利班），咁局勢變化就更加快。）
