2.ในเด็กโต สอนอันตรายจากแหล่งน้ำนอกบ้าน อย่าเข้าใกล้เพราะจมน้ำได้ทั้งในบ้านและนอกบ้าน

CÁCH LÀM BÁNH XÈO MIỀN TRUNG
1.1 Nguyên liệu làm bánh xèo miền Trung
Nguyên liệu làm vỏ bánh:
– 200g bột gạo
– 250ml nước
– 100ml bia
– ½ thìa cà phê muối
– ½ thìa cà phê bột nghệ
– Hành lá
– Dầu ăn
Nguyên liệu làm nhân bánh:
– 200g thịt bò hoặc thịt lợn ba rọi
– 200g tôm
– 1 củ hành tây
– 100g giá đỗ
– Các loại gia vị
Nguyên liệu làm nước chấm
– Tỏi; ớt sừng; cà chua; nước mắm; me chua hoặc chanh
Các loại rau ăn kèm
– Rau sống
– Húng lũi, rau răm, quế, xà lách, ngò gai…
– Xoài, khế chua, chuối chát, dưa leo,…
1.2 Cách làm bánh xèo miền Trung
Bước 1: Pha bột làm bánh
– Cho bột gạo, muối và bột nghệ đã chuẩn bị trộn đều lên với nhau. Sau đó pha 250ml nước vào cùng 100ml bia và 50ml nước cốt dừa. Cho hỗn hợp bột vào nước và khuấy đều.
– Hành lá đem xắt thật nhỏ rồi cho vào bột, thêm chút dầu ăn. Để bột nghỉ trong khoảng 30 phút – 1 tiếng.
Bước 2: Sơ chế nguyên liệu
– Thịt bò hoặc thịt ba rọi đem thái lát thật mỏng. Ướt sơ với chút muối, tỏi gừng băm, hạt tiêu và dầu ăn.
– Tôm cắt râu, rửa sạch. Tôm cũng ướt với gia vị, hành khô và gừng được cắt to một chút.
– Hành tây thái múi cau, giá đỗ rửa sạch để riêng ra ngoài.
Bước 3: Xào nhân
– Sau khi sơ chế nguyên liệu xong thi tiến hành xào. Chảo được làm nóng với một chút dầu, cho hành tây vào xào thơm với một ít gia vị. Sau đó cho tôm vào đảo. Đến lúc tôm gần chín thì cho thịt bò vào. Đảo sơ thêm một lúc thì múc để riêng ra.
Bước 4: Đổ bánh xèo
Bánh xèo miền Trung được đổ trong một cái khuôn bằng gang, có đường kính khoảng từ 10 – 15 cm.
– Cho dầu ăn vào, chờ cho dầu thật sôi. Đổ một lớp bột láng xung quanh cho thật mỏng và đều khắp khuôn.
– Đậy nắp lại trong nửa phút.
– Cho hỗn hợp nhân bánh đã xào, hành tây và giá lên trên. Tiếp tục đậy nắp trong 2 phút nữa.
– Sau đó mở ra và gập đôi chiếc bánh lại. Chờ cho đến khi bánh đã vàng và giòn đều cả hại mặt thì vớt ra ngoài.
Làm như vậy cho đến khi hết bột và nhân bánh.
Bước 5: Pha nước chấm
– Ớt sừng và cà chua đem bỏ hạt. Sau đó luộc chín lên và cho vào máy xay nhuyễn.
– Nước mắm pha theo tỉ lệ 5 nước: 2 đường : 1.5 nước mắm vào rồi nấu chung với nhau cho tan chảu đường. Sau đó, dằm cho me ra chất chua rồi pha vào chén nước mắm, nêm nếm cho vừa ăn.
– Cho ớt sừng, cà chua xay và tỏi băm vào
