?撈麵重點?
要撈出香噴噴嘅麵,首先將
調味料鋪上麵上,隨即煮滾
油,淋上麵上,香氣立即湧現

?Key points?
To remove the fragrant noodles, first
Place the seasoning on top and boil immediatelyOil, drizzle on top, aroma immediately emerges

四色蔬菜麪：
材料：
四色蔬菜麪8個

調味料：
鮑魚汁1湯匙
生抽1/2湯匙
油2湯匙

烹調：
1. 大火煲滾一鍋煲水。
2. 放麪落鑊煲中（4個顏色）。
3. 麪煮了3分鐘，少許軟身，就可以夾起。
4. 擎乾水。
5. 放2湯匙油落鑊燒熱。
6. 將麪分開4色夾上碟。
7. 在每個顏色上，加少許鮑魚汁及1滴豉油。
8. 灒滾油上麪上面，撈勻，完成。

Vegetable noodle:
Ingredients:
Vegetable noodle 200g

Seasonings:
Abalone sauce 1 tbsp
Light soya 1/2 tbsp
sauce
Oil 2 tbsp

Preparation:
1. Boil a big pot of water.
2. Put noodles into water. (The 4 colours)
3. Noodles will be soft after cooking for 3 minutes.
4. Hang dry.

Steps:
1. Heat up 2 tbsp oil in wok.
2. Put noodles on a plate, separate in colours, after cooking for 3 minutes.
3. Put little abalone sauce and a drop of light soya sauce on each colour of noodles.
4. Splash hot oil into the noodles. Mix well separately. Serve.
