嘩嘩嘩！超久沒有去港式「飲茶」了！其實小時候不太愛「飲茶」，素食後就光明正大地不用去，本來是挺開心的 🤣 後來太久沒去，居然還有點懷念，畢竟這是我們香港的本土文化啊 😎

最近這家【緻素坊 Veggie Kingdom】超級紅，很多素友都非常推薦！說到我的最愛一定是「叉燒包」！這個叉燒包跟傳統的有些許不一樣，包子外層有點像「菠蘿油」的酥皮 ，悄悄告訴你，我以前最討厭吃叉燒包 😅 現在居然那麼喜歡，連我自己也不敢相信 😆

還有一向喜愛的「燒賣」，素食版的燒賣感覺更真材實料，我可以一個人吃3籠 ✌️ 還有「腸粉」也是必點，超推薦「靈芝菇素腸」😋

第一次去的時候超興奮，與其他3位美女點了超多點心，感覺把整個點心紙的食物都點了一遍 😂 第二次去是跟家人，大家都意外地覺得好吃 😇

It's been a long time since I went to Hong Kong-style "Dim Sum House"! In fact, I didn’t really like "Dim Sum House" when I was young. I was happy that I don't have to go after my switch. But sometimes will miss it because it is our local culture in Hong Kong 😎

Recently this [Veggie Kingdom] is super popular, and many vegans highly recommend it! Speaking of my favorite, it must be "BBQ Pork Buns - Cha Siu Bao"! This Cha Siu Bao is a little different from the traditional one. The outer layer of the bun is a bit like "pineapple bun". Let me tell you secretly, I used to hate the Cha Siu Bao the most. Now I actually like it so much, I can't believe it myself 😆

There is also the "Pork Dumplings - Siu Mai" that has always been my favorite. It feels like the vegan version of Siu Mai has more real ingredients. I can have 3 cages by myself. ✌️ There is also "Rice Noodle Rolls" which is also a must try. I highly recommend the "Ganoderma Lucidum Mushroom" flavor 😋

I was so excited when I went there for the first time. I ordered a lot of dim sum with 3 other beauties. We felt like we ordered the whole dim sum paper food. The second time I went with my family, everyone unexpectedly found it delicious 😇

I didn’t meet my father until I was 6 years old. My parents had a comfortable, middle-class life in Shanghai, or as close as you could get under communism. But they always wanted to live overseas, and just before I was born, my dad came to Sydney to set things up. I don’t know why, but in the end, my mother and I didn’t join him until I was 6.

What did you do this pandemic?

🤗 Mission 100
During this pandemic its wasn't easy for many, some decided to end their lives, and more trying to survive on a daily basis.

Mission 100 is a mission I have pledge myself to give assistance to at least one hundred (100) families.

The first mission providing food aids started in July 2021 with a few friends and support from clients, colleagues and family & friends. In Cash and in goods. 💐💯

Places delivered and visited (organised through 🌸 personal & also associations - 🌺 Trefoil Guild Malaysia - Sabah Branch | 🌹 中华旗袍协会国际联盟 World Chinese Cheongsam Alliance )
1) Kg Saga, near One Borneo - 30 families (affected by pandemic)
2) Kg Babah, Penampang - 18 families (Flood victims)
3) Girl Guides members (25 families)
4) Kg Pulau Penampang, near One Borneo (30 families)
5) Kg Natai, Telipok (30 families)

Its more than 100 families throughout this three months.

Through all the missions, we went through strangers calling our mobile, in which somehow kindness do need patience and genuine background checking. So many to story about, if we started from scratch.

Lives is a journey to learn.

ボリューム満点の小倉トーストを熱々濃厚なコーヒーで流し込む！愛知県名古屋市『BUCYO COFFEE ブチョーコーヒーカコ』に初訪問！名古屋駅から徒歩で約10分強にある百名店にも選ばれたお店です。名古屋といえば喫茶店、モーニングというイメージが定着するほど、他の地域にはない独特の喫茶店文化があります。ブチョーとは店主のあだ名が由来だそうで、丸い形のカイザーパン(通常のトーストもあります)に店主のお母さんが炊く甘さ控えめの小倉がたっぷり乗った“小倉カイザー”と自家焙煎した濃いコーヒーが同店の看板です。とても美味しかったですし、レトロで可愛い雰囲気の店内はかなりインスタ映えするので、若い方も数多く訪れていました。ロイドごはんでは珍しい⁈名古屋名物の喫茶店、早速ご覧ください！

Pour a hearty Ogura toast with strong and hot coffee! First visit to "BUCYO COFFEE" in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture! It is one of the 100 famous stores located about 10 minutes on foot from Nagoya Station. Nagoya has a unique coffee shop culture that is not found in other areas, so that the image of coffee shop and morning is firmly established. It seems that Bucho is derived from the owner's nickname, "Ogura Kaiser" with plenty of low-sweetness Ogura cooked by the owner's mother on a round Kaiser bread (there is also a normal toast) and strong coffee roasted in-house. Is the signboard of the store. It was very delicious, and the retro and cute atmosphere of the store looks pretty Instagram-worthy, so many young people visited. Rare for Lloyd's rice⁈ Please have a look at Nagoya's famous coffee shop!

食べログ百名店にも選出された人気のお店！三重県松阪市『宮本屋』に伺いました。以前から気になっていた焼肉店で今回初めて伺うことができました。松阪牛といえば「日本三大和牛」「肉の芸術品」とも呼ばれるほどのブランド牛です。高級でなかなか手が出ないイメージがありますが、さすが地元だけあって質の高い新鮮な肉が比較的リーズナブルに食べられるのが素晴らしかったです。オリジナルの濃厚な味噌ダレ、同じ部位でもカットの仕方にお店のこだわりを感じてとても興味深かったです。和牛の聖地で出会ったオススメ店、早速ご覧ください！

A popular restaurant that has been selected as one of the 100 Tabelog restaurants! We visited "Miyamotoya" in Matsusaka City, Mie Prefecture. I was able to visit for the first time at a yakiniku restaurant that I had been interested in for a long time. Speaking of Matsusaka beef, it is a brand beef that is also called "Japan's Three Great Wagyu" and "art of meat". After getting its Michelin star back in January, The Chairman claimed the top spot for Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2021 – a first for a Hong Kong restaurant – just two months later. Tucked away in a small side road at the back of the bustling Central district, the modern classic Cantonese eatery is owned by Danny Yip, a low-key veteran restaurateur who has managed to stay out of the limelight until recent years. “Food is always our centre of attention. Because whenever we struggle to take care of everything else, we always consider: how much time can we actually spend in the kitchen during the year? We want to put all our energy on our food, especially during the first few years,” Yip says.

Little Meg, a top food influencer with over 159,000 followers on Instagram and one of the Tokyo guides featured in Netflix’s foodie docuseries “Ugly Delicious”, is one of the most frequent regulars of The Chairman. She has dined at the small restaurant at least 37 times within nine months since June last year. “Chinese cuisine used to lack certain finesse, but The Chairman has successfully filled the gaps over the past decade. For instance, Chinese dishes were often cooked with stock or a lot of sauces, but The Chairman decided not to go down the same route. They establish their own flavors with their own techniques,” Little Meg says.
