現代人的生活壓力越來越大，而環保議題也逐漸受到大家的關注。吃得健康又「食尚」也是我一直執著的事情，像是除了在採買食材上細心挑選，烹飪也可以低碳的方式去料理！

很開心有機會在接近世界地球日的這天，用”Circular for Zero/零的循環” 的理念，與台灣諾和諾德藥品一起討論設計三道低碳料理和隱藏果汁菜單，分別是鮪魚蔬菜壽司、鮮果捲、義大利香料海鮮蒟蒻麵和奇異果汁；
這些料理做起來都很輕鬆，而且低碳環保又健康，愛地球這件事，從吃一起做起吧！
