- MEDIUM MIXING BOWL
- WHISK
- 2 GLASSES
✅ INGREDIENTS
- 2 TBSP UCC THE BLEND 117 COFFEE BEAN POWDER
- 2 TBSP SUGAR
- 2 TBSP HOT WATER
- 1/2 CUP MILK (ALMOND OR LOW FAT)
- ICE FOR SERVING
✅ METHOD
- ADD COFFEE, SUGAR AND HOT WATER TO A MEDIUM MIXING BOWL.
- USING A WHISK, VIGOROUSLY WHISK THE COFFEE MIXTURE UNTIL IT’S LIGHT BROWN, FLUFFY AND TURNS SILKY SMOOTH.
- CONTINUE WHISKING UNTIL IT THICKENS AND HOLDS ITS FOAMY SHAPE.
- PREPARE TWO GLASSES, POUR MILK OUT OF THE BOTTLE INTO THE GLASSES AND ADD SOME ICE CUBES.
- DOLLOP AND SWIRL THE WHIPPED COFFEE MIXTURE ON TOP.
