Super easy cookie recipe;)
You can add dried herbs in the mixture. oregano, basil, thyme, etc... that would be really great.

Ingredients:
120g whole wheat pastry flour (or all purpose flour)
20g almond flour
20g tapioca starch
70g oil
50g sweetener
a hint of salt
20g toasted sesame seeds
for garnish
20g toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
1. combine all the ingredients for the dough.
2. roll out the dough into square shape.
3. sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the surface.
4. cut into bite size.
5. bake at 350/180 for 15 mins

タピオカ澱粉 20g
オイル 70g
甘味料 50g
塩 少々
白いりごま 20g
飾り用
白いりごま 20g
「作り方」
１、クッキー生地の全ての材料を混ぜ合わせます。
２、生地を四角にのばします。
３、飾り用の白いりごまを全体にまぶします。
４、一口大に切ります。
５、１８０℃で１５分ほど焼きます。
