轉眼間, @yukinoshitahk 都已經開咗有一年。 雖然以前排晒大隊嘅人龍已經不在, 但水準依然keep到!👍 我都仲間唔中會去幫襯。
除了餐牌上固定的基本選擇之外(朱古力🍫抹茶🍵等), 其實Oppa最喜歡嘗試季節限定的pancake🤤 繼上次的朱古力香蕉後, 上星期就食了焦糖蘋果!🍎 好味😍
P.S. 雖然對面街嘅Shari Shari的確好強, 但Oppa認為草莓刨冰🍓嚟講, 呢度係好食啲架!!
Can't believe it's already been a year since Yukinoshita in #CausewayBay began selling their thicc pancakes🤤 Although there may no longer be a constant queue outside the store, I still find the quality of their desserts superb👍 Which keeps me coming back for more.
Aside from the fixed, classic menu items (Choco🍫, Matcha🍵, etc), I find their seasonal pancakes fun and delicious. The Chocolate Banana🍌 I had last time was amazing, and this Caramel Apple🍎 pancake here that I devoured last week was a star too😍
Unpopular Opinion: sure, Shari Shari right across the street does make the best Shaved Ice in town, BUT I think Yukinoshita here makes a better Strawberry Kakigori🍓!

🇬🇧It’s my first time ever to see Chocolate and Salted Caramel mixed with Tamarind! I think it’s super unique and is such a perfect mix between Western style salted caramel and Thai Tamarind. Pastries here including this one have been handcraftedly created by the French Michelin Star Chef, who is now an executive chef at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok. I love it and I think you also should go try! @sugarcraver

1. Put salted butter and water in a pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. When salted butter melts, remove from the heat.
