Join this vinyasa yoga class to enjoy a heart opening journey, through a series of backbends, so you can be in touch with who you really are. You will try out different heart opening yoga poses through individual practice and partner work, so that every pose, move, breath and intention will be straight from you heart. This class is suitable to all levels. You just need an open heart to join it.
