【政策簡單說】創造中小企業友善發展環境

美國中小企業局(US Small Business Administration)最新一期「SBA Strategic Plan Fiscal Years 2018-2022」發佈下面4個策略目標：
🎯目標1：支持中小企業的收入與就業成長
🎯目標2：建立完善企業生態系和創造企業友善發展環境
🎯目標3：協助災害後的中小企業復原
🎯目標4：增進SBA執行效率與能力來保護中小企業
除了強調維持中小企業穩定性與重要性📣，更重要的是協助中小企業排除法規障礙、導入新科技解決方案。經濟部中小企業處近年積極推動創新法規沙盒，目的也是調適與鬆綁相關法規，創造中小企業與新創事業友善發展環境。🤗

US Small Business Administration has released the latest “SBA Strategic Plan Fiscal Years 2018-2022” There are 4 strategic goals in it.
🎯Strategic Goal 1: Support Small Business Revenue and Job Growth
🎯Strategic Goal 2: Build Healthy Entrepreneurial Ecosystem and Create Business Friendly Environments
🎯Strategic Goal 3: Restore Small Businesses and Communities after Disasters
🎯Strategic Goal 4: Strengthen SBA’s Ability to Serve Small Businesses
In addition to emphasizing on maintenance on stabilization and importance of SMEs, SMEA assists SMEs in eliminating legal obstacles and introduces new solution by technology. SMEA in Taiwan has promoted innovation sandbox in recent years by adjusting and deregulating related laws to create business friendly environment.
This year, SMEA will host #APECInclunext on 24-27 June in Taipei! This great platform includes #LocalInnovationEcosystem, #O2O, #InnovationSandboxForum! Let’s join us!➕➕
