Final Workout prior to MCO 2.0
Did a 3km Time Trial on Technogym Skill Run treadmill, which it can go up to a max speed of 30 kph (2:00 min/km).
Clocked a time of 8:59 min on it with the split of 3:10 | 3:00 | 2:49 wearing xtep 160x racing shoe! It was comfortable from the start running at 20 kph. Decided to start at that pace as I did it before for 10 min at 20 kph (3:00 min/km) for the Asics 10 min Challenge last year.
After 5 min, can really feel it, struggling to keep up, but mentally strong enough to hold it off still. Switch on the countdown mode like 4 min to go!
With just about a minute to go, slowly gear up the pace and in the end hit the max speed of 22 kph and decided to stop at there until the end once it reaches 3km mark, then jump on both side. Glad to record down a 8:59 minute for this 3km.
Looking forward for another 3km Time Trial when we are allow to travel again and I want to do it on the same treadmill this time and planning to do a 3km Time Trial on the road as well.
Review about the shoe.
I enjoy the comfortability of the shoe when I put on it. It wrapped the whole feet and can experience the combination of both feets into the shoe completely.
The stability of the shoe is great, especially when I land on it, stable very quickly (on the ball of feet part). I do enjoy the transition of landing to toe off (a great responsive shoe).
I am wearing a Euro 41, UK7 (Here are some comparison to other brands for their carbonplate running shoes: Asics Metaracer is EU 40.5, Adidas Adizero Pro is FR 40 2/3, Hoka Rocket X is EU 40 2/3, UA HOVR ™️ Machina is EU 40.5).

皆さんは「Go with」というフレーズを耳にしたことがありますか？この表現は簡単かつ便利なため、ネイティブの日常会話では非常によく使われています。状況によって多少意味が異なりますが、普段の日常生活で使えるシーンはたくさんあるうえ、誰でも簡単に使いこなせるはずなので是非マスターしておきましょう！

1) A goes with B
→「AはBによく合う」

2つの組み合わせの相性が非常によく、絶妙なコンビネーションを生み出すことを表現する場合に用いられるパターンです。例えば、「Red wine goes with steak.（赤ワインはステーキと合う）」や「That hat goes with your outfit.（その帽子は洋服とよく合っているね）」のように、食べ物やファッション、デザインから場の雰囲気まで様々な状況で使うことができます。
✔強調した表現をしたい場合は「really goes with」や「goes (really) well with」が定番。
＜例文＞
This sake goes well with the sushi.
（この日本酒はお寿司とよく合うね。）
Do you think this tie goes with my suit?
（このネクタイ、私のスーツと合っていると思う？）
This music really goes well with the slideshow.
（この音楽、このスライドショーにピッタリだね。）

2) Go with something
→「〜を選ぶ / 〜にする」

複数の選択肢の中から何かを選ぶ意味として用いられるパターンで、同じ意味合いのchooseやpickよりも口語的な言い方になります。例えばレストランで何を注文するのか聞かれた際、「I'm going to go with the cheese pizza.（チーズピザにする）」という具合に使い、日本語で言うところの「〜にする」に相当する表現になります。
＜例文＞
I think I'm going to go with the Big Mac. What are you going to get?
（私はビッグマックにしようかな。君は何にするの？）
You're thinking about buying running shoes? You should go with Asics. They're really comfortable.
（ランニングシューズを買うんでしょ？アシックスにしたら？とても履き心地がいいよ。）
If I were you, I'd go with the blue one.
（私だったら青を選ぶね。）

3) Have to go with someone
→「〜に同意せざるを得ない」

何か議論や口論をしている人たちの話をよく聞き、各人の考えを十分に理解したうえで、「その点においては〇〇さんが正しいと思う」や「私は〇〇さんに同意せざるを得ない」のようなニュアンスで同調する場合は、「I have to go with (名前).」のかたちで表現できます。ここのポイントは「have to」と「go with」を必ず組み合わせて使うことです。ちなみに、ただ単に「あなたと同意見・同感です」と伝えたいのであれば「I'm with you」と表現します。
✔「I have to go with him/her on this one.（この点では、〇〇さんに同意せざるを得ない」は定番フレーズ。
＜例文＞
I see what you're saying but I have to go with Mike on this one.
（あなたの言いたいことは分かりますが、この点においてはマイクに同意せざるを得ないね。）
You make a valid point. But I have to go with her on this one.
（あなたの言うことにも一理あるが、ここは彼女が正しいと思う。）
I'm with you on that.
（その点ではあなたと同感です。）

4) Go with the flow
→「流れに身を委ねる」

将来のことや物事の成り行きなどを心配せず、身の周りで起こる出来事はありのまま受け入れ、流れに身を委ねることを意味する表現です。基本的にポジティブな意味合いとして使われます。その他、周囲の行動や意見と調和を保つよう足並みを揃える意味合いもあります。
＜例文＞
Let's just go with the flow and see what happens.
（流れに任せて、とりあえず様子を見よう。）
Tom is a super chill guy. He just goes with the flow.
（トムはとてもおおらかな人で、流れに身を委ねるタイプです。）
I'm good with anything. You guys can decide. I'll just go with the flow.
（私はなんでもいいよ。みんなで決めちゃってくれて問題ないよ。）
