My body has gone through a lot in the past 4 years and it's still going through changes daily. Yes daily! So many people think the minute they get to their desired look or weight (cause that's what we've been brainwashed to believe) that's it, achievement unlocked and they can go back to the lifestyle they had of eating anything forgetting what it took to get them to that state.

Im at fault of that too..when you let yourself go and not take into account your overall lifestyle. Instead it is a continuous.. CONTINUOUS cycle of getting the mind healthy and understanding what the body needs. When you can think better, you will make better decisions for your food choices and what you do in your daily life. .
Just felt like putting it out there. You are base on the choices you make for your life. So make wise choices. .
Side note using vaseline instead of hair gel is soooooo much better!!!! Saves money, no nasty chemicals and hair is in place the whole day 😍😍😍
