Gratitude is an attitude and a way of life, a way of being, felt in the heart, expressed by words and shown by our actions, firstly to Allah, and then to the rest of creation. Gratitude is to recognize the blessings of Allah, to think about them, to feel them, to remember them and then express them by mentioning them as Allah's blessings, thanking Allah by saying 'Alhamdulillah and using the blessings in Allah's pleasure and obedience. It is something we have to consciously practice to make perfect inshaAllah. •••••••••••••••••••••
So always be grateful in life when we are in ease and in hardship! Here's a tip: It is a great idea to have your own gratitude journal. Alhamdulilah ya Rabb for everything, Khayr in everything .
