Tiger Muay Thai fighter Saileuat warming up on the pads with his father Kru Fahuschon, as he gets back into training following the reopening of the gym this week 👌
Fighting under the Tiger Muay Thai banner since his debut here in Phuket at 7 years old, Saileuat is now 16 years old and a rising star on the Bangkok stadium fight circuit.
All fights in Thailand are currently postponed, but hopefully they return next month and Saileuat can get back to climbing the ranks!
I went to Bangkok, Thailand to see what the life of a professional Muay Thai Fighter is really like!
In this new adventure series I join a professional Muay Thai gym in Thailand to train and live with professional fighters.

Tiger Muay Thai fighters Kwanfa and Saileuat clinching together to prepare for their upcoming fights. Both young rising stars on the Bangkok stadium fight scene, Kwanfa will be fighting at Amarin Super Fights broadcast live on Thai TV this Sunday, while Saileuat will be returning to Rajadamnern stadium on the 26th this month.

Our final day in Bangkok training Muay Thai and we decided to use the deadly Sauna Suit for our final Muay Thai workout!
The Sauna Suit is used by fighters and Muay Thai fighters in Bangkok to lose weight before a professional fight. We wore it for our Thailand park run and Muay Thai gym workout. It made us sweat like I have never sweat before!!!
This final day of Muay Thai training camp was tough but very rewarding. It was such an honor to workout with these professional Muay Thai fighters in Bangkok, Thailand.
Reflecting on this Thailand adventure it is crazy to think these Bangkok fighters do these hardcore workouts everyday.
It is a great way to lose weight, gain muscle and get in fighting form but it is a demanding way to workout and I am not sure if I could survive much more of the training. Saying all this however being able to come to Thailand and train Muay Thai was a life changing experience.
I have since fallen in love with Muay Thai and train almost everyday, I even competed in my first amateur Muay Thai fight, winning by TKO.
