籃球學院將於聖誕假期舉辦籃球訓練營，今次訓練營將會邀請來自美國🇺🇸德克薩斯州的美國專業教練團隊到來授教，活動詳情如下：

活動日期：12月16-20日，其中4天(每日2-4小時練習)(暫定日子）
上課地點：灣仔聖雅閣會多用途室內籃球場（暫定地點）
學費：港幣2800元正
對象：6-19歲均可參加(分組別進行練習）

Defensive drills, foot works, conditioning, agility, shooting form, attacking, finishing, post moves, decision making.

美國在台協會處長馬啟思(Christopher Marut)6月14日與NBA現役球員多倫多暴龍隊的John Salmons、明尼蘇達灰狼隊的Ronny Turiaf與Cody Zeller和特殊奧運會大使姚明一同參加”2014 NBA 籃球無國界亞洲訓練營” 。

這個活動目的是強調透過正面的運動經驗，讓孩子們建立良好的人際互動關係，並拓展跨文化的溝通能力。NBA的這個計劃挑選了相配的球員和教練與當地運動員，一起透過有趣的和支持性的環境，進行了投籃、防守等其他練習。這個訓練營是一個“籃球無疆界”計劃，這是國際籃聯與NBA的促進領導，教育，體育精神和健康生活的全球性籃球發展及社區關係拓展計劃的一部分。

Director Marut joined NBA stars John Salmons (Toronto Raptors), Ronny Turiaf (Minnesota Timberwolves), and Cody Zeller (Charlotte Bobcats) and Special Olympics Ambassador Yao Ming at a Taiwan Special Olympics basketball clinic in Taipei on June 14. This event was a chance to highlight the positive experience of playing sports to build relationships and broaden communication across cultures.

The NBA program matched players and coaches with local athletes to participate in shooting, defense, and other drills in a fun and supportive environment. The clinic was part of a “Basketball without Borders” program, which is FIBA and the NBA’s global basketball development and community relations outreach program that promotes leadership, education, sportsmanship and healthy living.

Competitive Shooing is great way for basketball players to see improvements in their game. It is also a great way to put pressure on players so that they raise the intensity of the workout. We have a few different ways categorise competitive shooting. This is a good one make sure you watch it all the way through!
