Yoga is such a great way to strengthen our body , calm our mind and more ... I did yoga throughout my pregnancy until the day before she is born . It was the best way for me to relax and realise any tension during pregnancy. I have been doing gentle yoga since I recover from the birth. I know yoga has a lot of benefit. Yoga is not just for adult, it is also a great activity for baby. Baby yoga help to enhance baby body awareness, good for baby digestion system and more . Today I went to baby yoga with Emilia. It was such a lovely bonding time and great to exercise together. She is a natural !
