Biography:
Che Puan Sarimah Ibrahim, 42, is the mother of Tunku Sofia Najihah and wife to YM Tunku Nadzimuddin Tunku Mudzaffar.
Che Puan Sarimah is a TV Host, Actress, Professional Emcee and Recording Artist well known and loved by Malaysians for the past 23 years since her debut on TV in 1997 on NTV7 hosting the RIM Chart Show and Kids NTV7. She has won notable awards in thr industry such as from AIM, Anugerah Skrin TV3 and also an ERA music award to name a few.
Best known as a TV Host on the Disney Channel In 1998 and with her Hit Single ‘Kini Kau Tiada’ , Che Puan Sarimah is also an avid fitness enthusiast with a black belt in Karate Kenpo Seibukan, a Pilates and gym enthusiast and she also loves yo train in boxing and Yoga.
Che Puan Sarimah had starred in Films such as Geral Khas 3, MX3, Janji Diana and has also hosted the global hit TV show on the Hallmark Channel -The Biggest Loser Asia. She histed her own talk Show The Sarimah Show on TV3 and She has graced the cover of magazines such as GLAM Malaysia, Eh!, HerWorld, Jelita and Readers Digest Asia to name only some.
Che Puan Sarimah Ibrahim is of Irish Malay heritage and studied Psychology as her Major in college.
Mainly Growing up in Kilkenny and Dublin Ireland, Subang and the UAE before moving back to Malaysia at 18, Che Puan Sarimah is also an entrepreneur and founded the Cosmetic Company Thrill By Sarimah Ibrahim in 2018.
Che Puan Sarimah has been an active Speaker and moderator in discussions and forums both online and offline focusing especially on topics related to mental health, womens welfare and depression. She was the ambassador for Womens Centre For Change in Penang, a Cervical Cancer Awareness ambassador with MAKNA and an active speaker with MIASA Malaysia..

【材料】(保存期間:冷凍で約1ヵ月)
●男爵じゃがいも:10個
●牛豚合い挽肉:300g
●新玉ねぎ:1個(普通のたまねぎでもOK)
●塩胡椒
●みりん:大さじ1
●醤油:大さじ2
●三温糖:大さじ1(普通の砂糖でもOK)
●コンデンスミルク:大さじ1
●ブラックペッパー
●あればナツメグ数振り(肉の臭みが気になる方は入れた方が良いんですけど常備している方の方が少ないですし無くても十分美味しいからそこまで気にしないで大丈夫です)
●水:50cc
●小麦粉:大さじ3
●卵:1個
●パン粉
●米油(普通の油でもOKだけど米油で揚げるとヘルシーでオススメ♪)
※冷凍したコロッケを揚げる前はレンジで軽く解凍してから揚げて下さい。

僕たちの人生の中で一番美味しいコロッケです。
いつもの簡単なレシピに比べると少し時間と手間がかかる料理ですが
それ以上の感動と美味しさが待ってます♪
言葉で表すのが本当に難しいんですがホクホクでクリーミーでコクのある
このマッシュポテト風のタネがとにかく美味しいんです。
しっかり下味をつけているので何もつけなくても超絶旨いですよ。
一度食べたらもう他のコロッケじゃ満足出来ないですw
本当に美味しい極上コロッケ!!是非お家で作ってみて下さい。
普段お弁当を作ってる方や週末にいっきに作り置きを作っている方は
冷凍保存で作り置きも出来るので一度に沢山作っておくのがオススメです♪
[Ingredients] (Preservation period: about 1 month frozen)
● Irish Cobbler potatoes: 10
● Ground beef and pork: 300g
● Fresh onion (regular onion is also fine): 1
● Salt and pepper
● Mirin: 1 tablespoon
● Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
● Brown Sugar (regular sugar is fine): 1 tablespoon
● Condensed milk: 1 tablespoon
● Black pepper
● Nutmeg if you have it (if you are worried about the smell of the
meat, you may want to add nutmeg, but not many people have it on hand,
and it tastes good even without it, so don't worry about it that
much): A few sprinkles
● Water: 50cc
● Flour: 3 tablespoons
● Egg: 1
● Bread crumbs
● Rice oil (You can use regular oil, but frying in rice oil is
healthier and recommended ♪)
※ Before frying frozen croquettes, defrost them lightly in the microwave.

Unless you are using special high quality ingredients, this is the
best croquette I have ever made in my life.
It takes a little more time and effort to make than the usual simple
recipe, but It's even more impressive and delicious than that ♪
It's really hard to describe in words, but it's so rich, creamy and wholesome.
It's seasoned well, so it's super delicious even without any seasoning.
Once you try it, you won't be satisfied with any other croquettes. lol
Truly delicious and superb croquettes! Please try to make them at home.
If you usually make your own lunches, or if you make a batch of
croquettes on the weekend, you can freeze them for later use ♪

半熟卵の作り方を紹介している動画

●レンジで半熟卵の作り方
耐熱のマグカップに卵を割り入れて
卵がしっかり隠れるくらいの水を入れます。
黄身に爪楊枝で5個くらい穴をあけて
ラップはせず600wで1分加熱して出来上がり♪
レンジによって加熱具合が変わると思うので
出来上がりを見ながら足らない場合は数秒ずつ様子を見ながら作ってみてね。
【材料】
●男爵じゃがいも:大きいサイズ6個(1個約150g)
●きゅうり:1本
●たまねぎ:1/2個
●ベーコン(ハムでも美味しいよ)
●塩(塩もみ用)
●半熟卵(市販のもの):4個
[ポテトサラダの味付け]
●塩少々
●黒コショウたっぷり
●マヨネーズ:大さじ10
●だしまろ酢:大さじ1(調味酢でもOK、ドレッシングを使わない時は大さじ3)
●ごまドレッシング:大さじ2(青じそドレッシングやフレンチドレッシングもオススメです)
【4人前くらいの分量】
●男爵じゃがいも:中サイズ4個(1個約100g)
●きゅうり:1/2本
●たまねぎ:1/3個
●ベーコンやハム
●塩(塩もみ用)
●半熟卵(市販のもの):2個
[味付け]
●塩少々
●黒コショウたっぷり
●マヨネーズ:大さじ5~7
●だしまろ酢:大さじ1/2
●ごまドレッシング:大さじ1
※じゃがいもはホクホクになる男爵いもがオススメです。
熱々のうちに下味をつけておくのが美味しさの秘訣♪
隠し味でドレッシングをいれるとお店で売ってるポテトサラダとは一味違う、より本格的な味になります。
そこから具材を変えてサーモンをいれたり、ウインナー、アボカド、明太子、チーズなどなど、お好きな具材をいれて色々工夫するともっとポテサラが大好きになりますw
僕たちは、バケットにチーズを一緒に乗せて焼いたり、春巻きの皮で巻いたり、グラタン風にしたり、アレンジするのも大好きなので、いつも多めに作ってます。
今回は夏という事もあり出来るだけ暑くないよう簡単に出来るレシピを考えてみました。
動画でも説明させて頂いてますがお好みで野菜の調理方法を変えたり、つぶし加減を変えるだけで全く違うポテサラが出来るので
是非、自分好みの世界一おいしいポテトサラダを作ってみて下さい。

Crack an egg into a heat-resistant mug
put water to soak egg fully
put five small holes on yellow part with a toothpick
microwave for a minute by 600W with no plastic wrap

●Vinegar: A tablespoon(3tablespoons with no dressings)
●Sesame dressings: 2 tablespoons(Shiso dressings and french dressings are good too)
About 4 servings
●Irish Cobbler Potato: Medium size 4 pieces(100g per one piece)
●Cucumber: 1/2 piece
●Onion: 1/3 piece
●Bacon or Ham
●Salt(for cucumber)
●Half-boiled egg: 2 pieces
Flavoring
●Salt: A little
●Black pepper: A lot
●Mayonnaise: 5 to 7 tablespoons
●Vinegar: ½ tablespoons
●Sesame dressings: 1 tablespoon
I recommend Irish Cobbler Potato for best results
Flavouring it while it is hot is the key point
Dressings for best results
Salmon, sausage, avocado, cod roe, cheese and so on...have it your own way
Making toast with baguette and cheese, wrapping with rice paper, making gratin… there are so many ways
This recipe is best for this summer season easy and cool
