Here's how I did it for the first 28 days

🕖 Breakfast - Take 1 scoop Blackmores Isowhey Shake

Do you need to exercise? Yes, it'll be more effective cz you do need to train. But of course, it all start with what goes in to your tummy...you can eat whatever (I do) but I control the portion, opt for protein, and drink the shake. I go gym for 45 mins x 3 times a week. But above all, stay focus and have the will power to do it

// The Diet that Works for me //
As seen on my highlight, i went down from 83kg to 67kg in 6 months or so with no exercise, thus...the weight-loss plateau. My goal is 60 - 63kg. That's when I know I needed help.
I've been taking Blackmores Isowhey shakes for about 2.5 months now (yes, the ones you've seen in my IG stories). They gave me 3 flavours to try; coffee, vanilla and chocolate. Vanilla & Coffee are MY absolute FAV!
I was 67kg back in August, and now I’m at 64.7kg. All I did was to replace 2 meals with 2 shakes for the first 28 days. The first week was a struggle (you can ask Jo). But my will to be fit is stronger, so I keep going. Have yet to change my clothing size yet, but i do get praises that i am so much leaner now. Especially my waist line (ada curve gitew). I want to tell more about it, but I wonder if you would be interested to know more about it? Like my food intake and exercises? What say you?
