話說… 今日公司開會,不過唔係開日常職務,而係開大家額外take up的一些公司工作的會議(類似係公司俾大家試下做唔同類型的工作,算是學習的一種吧):我地搵緊全球內部嘅一啲做得好嘅project出黎,想做一個類似成功故事分享/交流的一個系列。
我地有三個人,一個負責非洲,一個負責亞洲,另一個即係我就負責歐美。之前我寫文都有講過,佢地兩個係regional head,而我就係小薯中嘅小薯… 咁大家就交功課啦,非洲嘅同事很擅長利用自己的職權,基本上追人拎資料是手到拿來(邊個嫌命長敢唔應你regional head的email???),另一個regional head 仲威水啲,索性assign佢秘書同條team去做,也是輕而易舉。咁去到我呢… 大概「拉牛上樹」都是比較正面的形容詞了,問人拎資料係十問十不應,今次開會我係捧左蛋,交唔到功課😞😞😞
雖然大家冇怪我,但我自己覺得好尷尬— 點解人地做到,我就做唔到?冇人一開波就係regional head,咁係咪代表佢一開始時都好似我咁垃圾?這樣不太可能吧?
不能認輸,否則真的會輸—— 這是我在職場上的第一金句。
完左個會之後,我反省左一陣:唔好理人地追唔追到資料,諗下自己點樣追資料先?係呀,人地send個email、同秘書講兩句就搞掂,咁我係咪無title、無秘書,我就做不到?不會吧?
重新出發,想像一下其他歐美的同事,如果收到我嘅電郵,叫你去做呢樣嗰樣同埋填表,第一時間會考慮嘅係咩:關我L事咩?家陣欠你要幫你做架?你又唔係咩大人物,我做咩要幫你做?
叮!靈gay一觸🌼🤏我諗到個解決方法。
「Hi 早晨呀😁 我想同你講見到你地做左某某project,做得好出色呀!」我是這樣開場白私訊各位同事。
沒有人不喜歡被讚的,所以大家回得好快—— 上·釣·了!
然後我沒有叫對方「hand in」啲資料,我同佢講「I want to nominate your project 」,沒錯,不是叫你俾資料我,而係我想提名你地個project成為歐美的成功例子。
大家回得更快—— 完·全·自·投·羅·網·了。
最後就係「咁我幫你填好晒張form,你淨係寫返個project介紹就可以架啦,唔駛多,50字就夠架啦」
一個上午,我已經收左四隻case返黎…
這說明了:
1. Regional head有佢自己嘅一套,小薯也有自己的一套。學人者生,似人者死,我如果好似佢地咁send mass mail係唔會有人理我。
2. Warm call比cold call更有效,無論是做廣告定係內部溝通,道理都是一樣的。
3. 你唔夠人senior,就算你個project再大,人地都係可以唔賣帳。上家追下家叫誅,下家追上家就要捧,捧得人家高興自然水到渠成。
4. 幸福要行多步:叫對方填表好麻煩,咁我幫埋你填晒再send俾你寫返個核心,我先行左一步,你唔會好意思拒絕。

- Berupaya membuat market research bagi membolehkan syarikat merangka strategi baharu dimasa akan datang.
- Pembentangan report sales, profit dan revenue kepada syarikat dan boleh membuat unjuran sales.
- Tahu tentang market dan produk yang dikeluarkan dan tahu apa yang pelanggan inginkan. Sentiasa tahu tentang produk pesaing yang lain.
- Memantau kerja harian di office untuk inventori, rekod produk keluar & masuk serta mendokumentasi kertas kerja yang berkaitan.

呢堆咁嘅elite influencers(鬼佬唔講KOL)還好,本身其實係酒店邀請,當賣廣告咁。但有更多嘅二打六走嚟R著數,諗住出個post就可以免費旅行
馬爾代夫其中一間酒店嘅經理就話,日日都十個八個人DM佢地,喂我Instagram有兩千人呀你嚟馬爾代夫十日會出兩個post。喂我Facebook有七百人呀我係influencers我想嚟住七日。有啲只係話想合作咁咯。平均係R五至七晚酒店,九成都係混吉嘅,只有一成佢會跟進
業界分析就話啲白撞友好唔專業,啲 cold call好似whatsapp朋友約食飯咁。都唔話畀人知點解我要贊助你有免費酒店。有啲直頭忍無可忍,一月有間愛爾蘭酒店直頭唔畀呢啲網紅住,導火線係有個廿二歲嘅走嚟要五晚免費住宿。酒店東主話「你唔畀錢,咁我點出糧畀啲員工?話佢知叫佢今個月唔好出糧,因為佢會上鏡?」
其實啲網紅冇錯嘅,Instagram有成十億活躍用家,而好多都係鍾意去旅行嘅,幫酒店賣廣告當然有幫助。但酒店唔知點應對呢班友。有啲就已經系統化,有form填,有啲特別有個email,有專人(粗口?)服務佢哋。但更多只係傳統嘅用返官方電郵,然後啲網紅就周圍spam.
而當然酒店係睇engagement 多過睇幾多人 follow/like啦,因為好多人都用錢買啲假嘅follower —但其實engagement都有得買嘅。甚至有啲酒店自己有個database,記低邊啲人合作過,效果如何,將來再跟進—當然更多係就咁外判畀其他公司。而當然上咗岸本身出名嘅,就梗係怪啲後來啫做cheap晒啦。
有網紅教路,最好有一頁紙講下你乜水,你啲粉絲又咩人。咩年紀,咩背景,咁酒店就知道其實係向緊咩人賣廣告。最好仲可以自我增值,例如幫佢哋影埋相拍埋片—專業嗰啲啦,咁酒店又可以慳返筆(然後又到攝影師出嚟鬧)。有啲極端啲嘅,自己做social media marketing,直頭教埋酒店in house 嘅social media team 應該點做 – 咁即係服務換住宿啦
另外,業界都話最好酒店將啲要求定得清清楚楚。試過有酒店請咗成機人去,結果大半係post都冇出一個嘅。有啲就只係日日影比堅尼相—但鬼知你間酒店在邊咩
