疫情在家悶壞了,平時有運動習慣的各位都有持續保持身材嗎?

❌1. 網路上各種「練腿」影片瘋傳,以為練腿好棒棒

直到今年初,選擇「專一」只做P教練的「Prehab 運動/活動受傷前預防、生產前、手術前訓練準備」,我才真正與身體連結!

‼️3個教練沒告訴妳...必須練好、練滿的關鍵:
📝1. 骨盆底肌:今早練習時,我可以明顯感受到我的骨盆比平時「脆弱敏感」,推斷生理期即將到來,查了我的P.C紀錄app推算2天後來到 ➡️ 我的直覺與記錄的吻合無誤,來自傾聽身體的聲音。
微小的覺察都不容忽視是因為專注當下、臨在,是女人健康的基石。
骨盆底肌支持著我們每天活動/運動的各種平衡,也保護女人骨盆的重要器官 - 子宮、直腸、膀胱。
保持骨盆底肌功能性發揮最佳化時,也幫助妳的性生活、避免脫垂、尿失禁
📝2. 臀肌:這是妳身體最強大的肌肉,也是現代人最「休眠狀態」的肌肉。在P教練訓練中,沒有「深蹲」,只有正確啟動🍑臀肌的P蹲(請看其他我寫過的臀部貼文,未來會錄製IGTV給妳)
📝3. 核心肌群:妳會非常驚訝...原來...核心肌群包括背部、腹部、骨盆底肌,當妳可以平衡自由運用核心肌群時,給妳身體穩定度與力量,支持妳的下背,使妳我動得更有效益

Entry/Basic level = 1 kg - 2.5 kg dumbbell (each)
Intermediate & Advanced = 5 kg dumbbell (each and nothing heavier)
A 20-minute workout session with a pair of Dumbbell to strengthen the body and melt away more calories! This workout routine is suitable for both Men and Women. It can be done by every healthy individual, it doesn't really matter if you are fit or unfit.
For ladies, don't worry about the added resistance, this style of workout won't make you huge/muscular! This added resistance will shape you! And guys will enjoy benefits of lean muscle development (because man has a higher testosterone level).
