[荷蘭 阿姆斯特丹] 啱啱過去嘅 #母親節 喺 #荷蘭 慶祝，特地帶媽媽去左 DAALDER 食lunch☺️餐廳只有5-course lunch set(69euro) & 7-course lunch set (89euro)，我哋點咗5-course已經非常豐富😇.

amuse bouche有4道之多，而且款款都衝激視覺同味蕾。例如有道類似tacos嘅小食原來係 #炸魚薯條😱亦有道好似壽司嘅其實係 #鰻魚蛋白酥配香橙jelly，仲有『日本綠茶梳打汽水』🍾....除咗賣相精緻，味道亦好食有驚喜😋.

5-course 包括Cobia, Langoustine, Cod, Lamb/Wagyu Short rib(+15euro), Desserts。每一道都非常特別有創意，味道亦出色，特別係 #Cobia，魚刺身加上香濃不嗆鼻的 #黃咖喱、鮮甜嘅 #海膽 以及 #豆腐泡沫，產生意想不到嘅火花🔥唯一有D失望嘅係要加錢嘅Wagyu，醬汁偏鹹，牛味亦唔夠濃🤔.

Desserts有兩道，先上stroopwafel dessert☺️在荷蘭傳統餅乾上加以發揮，變成 #雪糕三文治，甜而不膩🍧另一道甜品 #Corn 不愧係招牌🌽🌽🌽，單睇外形真係似足真嘅 #新鮮粟米！每一條都有少少唔同，由大廚親自每一份去整，好勁😍😍😍『粟米』其實係椰子mousse，入口清香creamy，配上香滑嘅奶油以及佛手柑jelly，味道豐富😍

呢度嘅職員服務亦非常殷勤有禮。食完完全唔明白點解會冇Michelin star，超推介會去Amsterdam嘅人！
