แชร์เคล็ดลับก้นเด้งแบบหน้าขาไม่ใหญ่ที่ดาวใช้กับตัวเอง🙌🏽 เผื่อใครอยากเอาไปใช้ด้วยค่า🍑
🔑ก่อนอื่นเลยต้องบอกว่า วิธีการเทรนขึ้นอยู่กับเป้าหมายของตัวเองด้วยค่ะ อย่างเช่นถ้าเราอยากเพิ่มขนาดต้องใช้น้ำหนักเพิ่มหนักให้รู้สึกท้าทาย ออก 8-12 ครั้งต่อเซ็ตส่วนดาวเน้นกระชับก้นให้เด้งเฟิร์มก็จะสามารถใช้แค่บอดี้เวท เซ็ตละ 12-15 ครั้งค่ะ
👉🏽ท่าที่ดาวออกส่วนใหญ่จะมีตั้งแต่ท่าที่ใช้กล้ามเนื้อหลายส่วนทั้งขา สะโพก ก็จะเป็นท่า Squat deadlifts เป็นหลัก แต่เพื่อให้โดนกล้ามเนื้อสะโพกมากขึ้นดาวจะเน้นออกท่า isolation เช่นท่าที่ทำเป็นประจำก็คือท่า bridge เราสามารถสร้างความยากขึ้นได้จากการวางตำแหน่งเท้า วิธีการวางมือ ดาวได้สอนไว้ในยูทูปค่ะ หรือถ้าอยากให้ยากขึ้นก็ใช้ยางยืดหรือดัมเบลไว้ตอนทำ
ส่วนท่าที่เหลือก็เป็นท่า lunge, donkey kick, curtsy lunge, Romanian deadlift,leg lift เป็นท่าที่โดนกล้ามเนื้อสะโพกทุกส่วนแล้วไม่ได้เน้นแค่สควอทอย่างเดียวด้วย ไม่ต้องกลัวว่าหน้าขาจะใหญ่ค่ะ😘

❤️Cách thực hiện động tác:
1. Tư thế chuẩn bị:
Bắt đầu với tư thế chống 2 tay và quỳ gối trên thảm, chống tay vuông góc với thân người và khoảng cách đặt 2 tay mở rộng bằng vai, khoảng cách 2 chân mở rộng bằng hông. Tạo tư thế thân người trên song song với sàn nhà, đầu giữ thẳng với thân người, mắt nhìn xuống sàn và hai gối gập lại tạo thành góc 90 độ với cẳng chân, phía sau tiếp xúc đất bằng mũi bàn chân.
2. Thực hiện:
- Nâng chân phải lên và đưa gót chân phải lên cao, cho tới khi bàn chân ở ngay trên mông phải và cẳng chân vuông góc với sàn. Lưu ý, đùi với cẳng chân vẫn luôn vuông góc với nhau khi thực hiện động tác này và nhớ thở ra dứt khoát khi thực hiện động tác.
- Hít vào và hạ chân xuống vị trí thấp nhất, cách sàn nhà 2-3cm. Tiếp tục lặp lại động tác liên tục trong 15 lần. Lưu ý, khi hạ chân xuống vẫn giữ nguyên góc độ và không để cho chân chạm sàn.
- Sau đó, hạ chân phải hoàn toàn xuống sàn nhà và tiếp tục thực hiện các động tác trên với chân trái.

Today I'm showing you guys a 40 min banded DB booty workout, including warm-ups and stretching. This set is designed for intermediate/ advanced lifters.
You will need a resistance band and dumbbell. (2 or 1 dumbbell is either fine)
