坐下來有點吃驚,發現餐單上除了pizza就只有幾款前菜和沙律😱 主菜沒有其他肉類或者意粉。幸好pizza還是挺好味的👍🏼 但我還是最喜歡Motorino和Mother of Pizzas😬
雜菌🍄($138HKD) Oppa食pizza必須要有肉,所以額外加了$28HKD放salami腸😂 好出色!😍 蘑菇的味道好香,而且批邊又脆又煙韌!加salami是正確的選擇😌 雖然名叫辣肉腸但一點都不辣~ 強烈推介這個配搭。
巴馬火腿 ($168HKD) 這個就比較失色了。番茄醬味道太甜😖 而且材料不夠上面的那個豐富... 另外還點了凱撒沙律($88HKD)做頭盤。醬好味!但欠了麵包碎和煙肉,所以味道比較寡。
Stopped by @emmerpizza at #Admiralty the other night for dinner. Upon reading the menu, we realized that menu choices were quite limited: aside from a few appetizers and salads, the only main course option was pizza😂 Luckily, their pizzas were quite delish!👌🏼 Though my favs in town are still Motorino and Mother of Pizzas😬
Funghi🍄($138HKD) Added salami for an extra $28HKD cuz I refuse to eat any pizza that has no meat on it🙈 And it was so good!! The mix of mushrooms was so pungent and yummy, and the crust was crisp & chewy with a few notes of charcoal. Adding salami was a good move, highly recommend this combo😉
Parma ($168HKD) This was a little disappointing in comparison😰 The tomato sauce was too sweet for my liking, and it could use a little more toppings. Also got the Romaine Caesar ($88HKD) as an appetizer. Dressing was on point!👍🏼 But it lacked croutons and bacon bits, which made the dish rather one-dimensional.

來這裡吃東西,大家可以感受到的是平行時空的氣氛:相信不用我說大家都知道近來飲食業有幾慘淡,但這裡真的是旺場到不得了。跟朋友七時來到,全店滿座。到九時左右離開之時,店子也有七成滿座。眼見已是第二輪甚至第三輪客人入席,不簡單。
餐牌非常簡單,就是前菜、沙律、薄餅及甜品,四個環節。是晚八人飯局,可以將餐牌盡情的「掃」一次,每款都點來試試。
前菜方面,Emmer Caprese就是ricotta cheese加蕃茄的組合,軟滑的ricotta cheese加上清甜的車厘茄是很不錯的組合。啤酒上檯,Charcuterie Board上不同款式的風乾火腿就正派上用場。來到沙律環節,Eggplant and Parmesan的烤茄子比巴馬山芝士更好吃,Heirloom Tomato是幾款不同的蕃茄再加上紅蔥頭、些厘醋及羅勒葉調味,清新開胃。烤椰菜花是是日大廚的特別推介,椰菜花外層烤得微焦,口感稔身而甜美,好吃。
來到薄餅環節,這裡的薄餅全是人手製作的餅底,麵糰也是每天店內鮮製。八個人,就點齊八款來吃。Margherita是最經典的組合,紅(番茄醬)、白(水牛芝士)、綠(羅勒)三款最基本的食材在味道上絕對是天仙配。Funghi及D.O.P Quattro Formaggi都是以四款芝士:巴馬山芝士、水牛芝士、fortina cheese及taleggio cheese作主調,只是前者加入了大啡菇及褐菇,吃起來味道更香。
Parma的主角是巴馬火腿,加上不少的火箭菜感覺更清新。Marinara是素菜之選,酸豆加上蕃茜及大蒜,還有車厘茄、黑橄欖及紅洋蔥,味道是頗複雜而豐富的。Diavola說是全晚最辣的一款薄餅,但雖然加入辣肉腸及紅辣椒,大家都頻說「無野丫」。就連吃不得辣的我,都不覺得很辣。Copa Ham and Egg是是日special,流心蛋黃加上芝士還有火腿,當然是好吃非常。
甜點就來三款蛋糕,當中以朱古力蛋糕最好吃。暖暖的也焗得軟身,加上云呢拿醬汁不算太甜膩。此外還有檸檬撻及罌粟籽蛋糕,吃得大家捧著肚子離開。
價錢方面,前菜都是$90以下,薄餅最貴也是$200有找,是一等一的大眾化。
加上上佳的地點,旺場是有道理的。
