『食の道場』でG系ラーメン作りを学ぶ！今回は『柏 王道家』の清水社長と共に千葉県八千代市の『食の道場』にお邪魔して【二郎系ラーメン作り】を基礎から教わってきました！なぜG系かというと…⁈ ロイドごはんでは、来たる4月5日（日）『柏王道家』の２階にオープンする多目的店舗にて「1日店長」をやらせていただくことになりました（下記情報を参照）！このオープンに向けての準備ということで、代表の秋本茂克氏にご協力いただき基本的なノウハウを教えていただいてきました。「食の道場」は開業を目指す方のためのラーメン学校で、ラーメンブームに乗って国内だけでなく海外からもたくさんの研修生が訪れるそうです。今回は麺やスープ作り、開業に至るプロセスまでいろいろ貴重なお話を伺うことができ、非常に勉強になりました！それではプロから学ぶラーメン作りの模様、その出来上がりまでをぜひご覧ください！⚠️4月5日（日）『柏王道家』の２階に多目的店舗がオープン！『食の道場』御指導の元、ロイドごはんが1日店主に！作るラーメンは『二郎系ラーメン』限定200食のみで、売り切れ次第終了いたします。4月5日（日）11:00オープン！ラーメン600円以上、チャーシュー麺800円以上、あとはお気持ちでお願いいいたします。 尚収益金は柏市内の慈善事業団体に全額寄付します。皆様のお越しを心よりお待ちしております！Learn from the basics how to make Jiro ramen at “Shoku-no Dojo"!
