係中環半山嘅小酒舖The Wine Guild好似去咗法國咁，店長係法國人，好用心咁解釋比我知我飲緊嘅法國布爾岡Chablis 葡萄酒係來自邊幅田，好有heart !👍🏻 試咗4款Chablis, 我比較喜歡Chablis Premier Cru, Montmain, Domaine Gerald Tremblay 2015年，優雅而帶白花、礦物、檸檬皮、青蘋果及草本等，餘韻適中。係充滿法國氣氛嘅環境下飲Chablis份外優雅！☺️🥂
It feels like I’m in France at The Wine Guild in the mid-levels in Central. The shop manager is French and he is so nice to show me the map & introduce me the location of the Chablis wines from Bourgogne, France that I tried & the specialty of the terroir & climat! So professional! Tried 4 Chablis wines and I like Chablis Premier Cru, Montmain, Domaine Gerald Tremblay 2015 more, with white flowers, mineral, citrus peel, green apple & herbaceous notes, the finish is medium. It’s more enjoyable & elegant to sip Chablis with French ambience like this little wine shop! ☺️🥂
