上週六是AIT在台東「希望學程計畫」的最後一天，過去幾個月來在孩子的書屋，Bubba鮑文博教授與台東傅爾布萊特英語教學助理們攜手合作，透過音樂讓學生們學習英文。在這最後一天，AIT文化官馬明遠也加入了唱歌的行列！課程結束後，每位學生都拿到一張證書與一盒當地太麻里文創咖啡館的肉桂捲，以茲鼓勵幾個月來學習有成。希望他們在這段時間收穫滿滿， 未來也能記得學到的歌曲！

Last Saturday marked the completion of AIT’s Learning for Hope program in Taitung. Over the past few months Professor Bob Powell (Bubba) has been working closely with Taitung Fulbright English Teaching Assistants in teaching English through music to youth at the Kids’ Bookhouse. AIT Cultural Affairs Officer Luke Martin joined the classes to sing along with the students too! At the end of the day, every student received a certificate for their hard work as well as cinnamon rolls from the local Taimali Café. We hope they enjoyed the lessons, and will remember the songs for many years to come!
