Tender braised minced pork generously laden with cubes of mushrooms, it was packed with flavour and not greasy. Served with fragrant chicken rice and braised egg.
Hainanese Chicken Rice - Silky smooth, tender chicken paired with fragrant rice, it was mind blowing. I always enjoy chicken rice, hands down this has become one of my fave. Also worth mentioning, the amazing fiery chilli ginger sauce!
Fried Kunyit Chicken Rice - Aromatic and tasty, this healthy air fried chicken is crispy outside and moist on the inside. It was bursting with flavour and goes really well with the butterfly pea coconut rice. Served with a side of dried shrimp chilli and pickles which adds an extra kick and tanginess.
Black Sweet Vinegar Pork Trotter - Slow braised with sweet black vinegar, the trotters were soft and full of ginger aroma with a hint of sourish. Ohh… the thick gravy paired with white rice, just divine!
Equally praiseworthy, the tasty Nyonya Dumpling generously filled with fragrant dried shrimp chilli, as well as thick and heavenly sweet dessert soup, Bean Curd and Peach Gum.
Overall, comfort food at its best! I really enjoyed their homey dishes, worth every calories and truly value for money. Plus points, the food arrived well-sealed with separate compartments to prevent spillage and soggy. 💯

Ingredients below ⬇️ Bet you have heard of 三杯鸡 (Taiwanese 3 Cup Chicken) but have you heard of one that improves your cognitive function and memory?
Presenting you this Taiwanese Three Cup Chicken with Kinohimitsu Essence of Chicken. This recipe is not your typical braised chicken - these chicken cubes are seasoned with Kinohimitsu Essence of Chicken giving them a rich and deep flavour.
Now, all you need a warm bowl of rice to doused this decadent, gao gravy all over.

3 boneless Chicken thighs, approx.500g (cut into bite sizes)
20g Ginger slice (smashed)
5 cloves Garlic (smashed)
2 tsp Cornstarch
2 tsp Cooking oil
1 tbsp Light soy Sauce
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Fish sauce
1 bottle of Kinohimitsu Essence of Chicken
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Sugar
¼ cup Cooking wine
10g Basil leaves

I called this a fashionable dish. It has a nice checked design and super yummy. Again I did not get the big eggplants. Imagine this to be a long and bigger eggplants. Wow, the effect will be glamour.
Ingredients :
. Eggplants
. Shredded Carrots
. Diced Spring Onions
. Chopped basil (optional, you can put coriander)
. Chopped Garlic and Onions
. Diced Shiitake Mushrooms (soak the mushrooms till soft before cutting)
. Soya sauce
. Salt (for eggplants before filling)
. Oyster sauce
. Oil for deep frying
. White or black pepper
. Ginger Juice
. Seasame Oil
For add-on : Get some Wanton skins to use the same seasoned minced meat as filling.
For sauce or a gravy : Cook up some tomato puree with chili flakes and saute the eggplants together. Or just eat with spicy sauce or ketchup. Enjoy any ways u preferred.
Warning: It can be quite a messy process! But for sure FUN!

瑤柱帶子燴飯
材料:
瑤柱仔40粒
帶子仔25粒
冬菇3隻
雞蛋2隻
白飯3飯碗
處理:
1. 急凍帶子,清水解凍。
2. 瑤柱仔,清水浸軟。
3. 冬菇,清水浸軟。
4. 帶子仔,用少量雞粉醃10分鐘。
5. 冬菇,切大粒。
6. 預備生粉芡。
烹調:
1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油3湯匙。
2. 放白飯落鑊炒透。
3. 加入蛋漿,炒勻至乾身。
4. 飯已炒至乾身,放碗中。
5. 瑤柱仔及冬菇粒,白鑊,中慢火,烘至出味。
6. 加入油1湯匙,炒香。
7. 加入水200毫升,冚蓋,煮3分鐘。
8. 加入蠔油1湯匙。
9. 加入生粉芡至收汁。
10. 加入帶子煮1分鐘至滾起。
11. 所有材料已煮熟,鋪上炒飯。
12. 完成,可享用。
Dried scallops and scallops risotto:
Ingredients:
Dried scallops (small) 40 Nos.
Frozen scallops (small) 25 Nos.
Mushrooms 3 Nos.
Eggs 2 Nos.
Rice 3 bowls
Preparation:
1. Frozen scallops, defrost with tap water.
2. Dried scallops, soak in tap water until they turns soft.
3. Mushrooms, soak in tap water until they turns soft.
4. Scallops, season with little chicken powder for 10 minutes.
5. Mushrooms, dice in big cubes.
6. Prepare tapioca sauce.
Steps:
1. Heat up oil 3 tbsp at high flame in wok.
2. Put rice in wok. Fry well.
3. Pour egg syrup to mix well with rice. Fry well.
4. Rice has been fried well. Put in a bowl.
5. Fry dried scallops and mushrooms with no oil in wok. Fry until you can feel their scent.
6. Add oil 1 tbsp. Fry well.
7. Add water 200ml. Cover up the wok and cook for 3 minutes.
8. Add oyster sauce 1 tbsp.
9. Add tapioca sauce until the sauce becomes thick.
10. Put scallops, cook for a minute and wait for boiling up.
11. All ingredients have been cooked well. Put on top of fried rice.
12. Complete. Serve.

濕炒牛河
材料(2人份量):
河粉1斤
急凍牛仔扒6兩(220克)
彩椒8片
辣椒仔2隻
處理:
1. 牛仔扒,切薄片。
2. 牛肉,清水解凍。
3. 河粉,放筲箕內,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
4. 牛肉已解凍,清水洗淨,擎乾水,放碟上,用廚紙索乾,放碗內。
5. 牛肉調味:
a. 生粉少許,撈勻
b. 油1茶匙
c. 蠔油1湯匙
d. 生抽1茶匙
e. 胡椒粉少許
撈勻,醃10分鐘。
6. 辣椒仔,打直1開2,去籽。
7. 彩椒,打直1開2,去椗,去籽。
烹調:
1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油2湯匙。
2. 放牛肉落鑊,煎香30秒,放上碟。
3. 在鑊中加入清水200毫升,放彩椒灼30秒,擎乾水。
4. 放河粉落鑊,噴少量油在上面,煎至兩面有少許金黃色。
5. 轉慢火,加入少量生抽炒河粉至焦香,炒鬆河粉放上碟。
6. 在鑊中加入清水200毫升,大火煮滾,加入彩椒,同時加入:
a. 蠔油1湯匙
b.,生抽1茶匙及辣椒仔
c. 糖1茶匙
煮至大滾。
7. 放牛肉在鑊內,炒勻。
8. 加入生粉芡至收汁,放牛肉在河粉上,加入少量麻油。
9. 完成,可享用。
Stir frying rice noodles with beef
Ingredients (serving for 2):
Rice noodles 1 catty
Frozen veal steak 220g
Coloured bell pepper 8 slices
Chili 2 Nos.
Preparation:
1. Veal steak, thinly slice.
2. The beef, defrost with tap water.
3. Rice noodles, rinse with tap water. Drain.
4. Beef has been defrosted, rinse with tap water. Drain. Put on plate. Dry with kitchen towels. Put in a bowl.
5. Season the beef:
a. Tapioca starch little, mix well.
b. Oil 1 tsp
c. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
d. Light soya sauce 1 tsp
e. Pepper little
Mix well. Season for 10 minutes.
6. Chili, divide each one into 2 shares vertically. Remove seeds.
7. Bell pepper, divide each one into 2 shares vertically. Remove seeds.
Steps:
1. Heat up oil 2 tbsp at high flame in wok.
2. Put beef in wok, fry for 30 seconds, put on plate.
3. Add in water 200ml in wok. Put bell pepper, soak for 30 seconds. Drain.
4. Put rice noodles in wok, spray little oil on top. Fry both sides of noodles into golden yellow.
5. Turn to low flame, add in little light soya sauce and fry the noodles until non~sticky. Put on plate.
6. Add in water 200ml in wok. Heat up at high flame, put bell pepper, add seasoning:
a. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
b. Light soya sauce 1 tsp and the chili
c. Sugar 1 tsp
Heat it up.
7. Put beef in wok. Fry well.
8. Add in tapioca sauce until the sauce becomes thick. Put the beef on top. Add in little sesame oil.
9. Complete. Serve.
