Ingredients:
2 Mission Chia Wraps
100 gm Baby Spinach, chopped
4 Sundried Tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp Cream Cheese
50 gm Feta Cheese
2 Egg Whites, scrambled
2 tbsp Olive oil
.
Instructions:
1. In a pan, heat olive oil over low heat and cook the baby spinach and sundried
tomatoes for 2 minutes. Set aside.
2. Heat Mission Chia Wraps according to instructions on the pack.
3. Spread a wrap with cream cheese and top with fried vegetables. Crumble some Feta
cheese and finish off with the scrambled egg. Roll up to serve.

Ingredients:
2 Mission Reduced Carb Wraps
½ head Broccoli
1 Tomato, sliced
½ Yellow Capsicum, sliced
150 gm Crab Mushrooms
100 gm Edamame, blanched and peeled
6 Olives, halved
2 stalks of Spring Onion, chopped
½ Lemon
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add in the broccoli, tomato, capsicum and mushroom, sear them for 2 minutes with the lid on.
Turn the vegetables over and add the edamame, olives and spring onion. Put the lid back on and leave to sear for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
Warm Mission Reduced Carb Wraps according to instructions on the pack.
Take a wrap and top with the cooked vegetables. Squeeze the lemon and sprinkle some black pepper. Ready to serve.
