How is my 4/5 months old baby @meregoround going to Primary school in just 3 months..? 😭😭😭 Time is really a.. Strange thing.

I had kept the kids home (away from school) everytime the numbers surge and i think Meredith is feeling the fatigue of that. This time round she tells me she will be extra careful and hope she can continue to go to school like her friends. She say she don't wanna miss any practice for her graduation skit and dance filming..

At first it was still a "sorry Meredith, i don't think so.." but later i realise.. She's no longer a baby. And Josh is also supportive of her request so.. She's right now in school..

I guess with enough time, we all get used to things. Good things, bad things. With time, good things become normal things and bad things..? They become normal things too.

Time is a strange but amazing thing.

At least i can say for sure, with time, my chunky unibrow baby here has turn into a 6 year old fine young lady who is very very sensible ❤️

Now that i have more time, i can finally get back into my self-love routine. That includes meditation, yoga, physios, body and face treatments. A lot to do, very little time. Haha!

#Bcosyouasked, so I'm gonna share about what and how i 'maintain' this mind, face and body of mine.

During my pregnancy, i did most of the yoga at home bcos of Covid. I am so glad i discovered this app Down Dog for Prenatal yoga (logo of a dog on blue background). And now I'm practicing on their normal Yoga app (non-prenatal).

And just 4 days ago, i found this amazing mindfulness app called Mindful Mama. They provide different types of meditations base on how old your child is, what mood you're in, etc. It's awesome! The meditations are fixed at 10mins. So it's perfect for before sleep.

When i feel like my body is misaligned, I'll make a visit to @orchardhealthclinic. They'll help me identify the cause, and provide immediate relief!

Lately, i also started going to @orchard.clinic to get my tummy and pelvic floor tightened. I've always been active since i was young. But after giving birth, 1) no time to sneak out of the house as often, 2) some parts of the body just doesnt go back to its original state. On my first session, I was surprised that my abs ached for 2 days! Not the crazy kind of ache that i get from an intense workout, but still a nice, tight feeling from just lying there for 30mins. Quite awesome! Haha!

Many might not realized it but lockdown life are different for all.

Some can comfortably stay at home and work,

some couldn't as getting bill done or even getting food on the table is a big issue,😢

some risk their life just to keep us save without much rest,😭

and some just wanna make life difficult for all.🙄

We are all people with brains, so please think and behave.

The dumbest and selfish comment I even read is "They can do that, why not me. They should set an example for us to follow. Their rules are stupid."

I'm like " yes I agree they are doing a bad job tapi eh dorang bodo u pun mau ikut bodo ka, ur brain kat lutut issit, kena suap tak boleh think urself issit."

Yang ni just to refer to those who tak behave. Anyway siapa makan cili, dia yang rasa pedas. Lol

Car top picnic is our new topic for 《EAT》…We honestly considered celebrating Valentines Day Lunch eating on our bonnet...so romantic isn't it?No booking required, completely safe mask off, and you can pick your location...perfect...!

Jason and I have spent so many of our lunch breaks eating in our car when we are on the go during this pandemic (that doesn’t seem to wanna go away)…

Delivery menus/take outs are the latest trend in the dining scene… a lot of restaurants tweaking their menus and their recipes so it will taste just as good for take aways or home delivery. Obviously where you enjoy the meal matters a lot too...

We will be covering (as much as we can) all the on-the-go meals that we enjoy (or not) for you guys…

We’ve all done things in the past we’re not proud of. The best way for us to heal is to accept ourselves- every flaw and moment we’ve been ashamed of to learn to let go of those emotions to truly be happy.

Everyone has a story of their own & this one’s mine. I went through a lot as a child from learning how to cope with the death of my brother, sleeping in cars because we were either homeless or moving from place to place, and leaving my parents to have a better life.

I’ve learned that life moves on, either with or without you - so learn to live life happily, wholeheartedly. Work on yourself and learn to really love yourself by accepting who you were born to be.
