青醬唔一定用嚟撈意粉,加落雜菜湯一樣咁好飲,味道即時提升 😋😋
大量時令新鮮蔬菜,煲成營養豐富的雜菜湯,今次不加茄膏茄醬,祇用清雞湯,上枱加埋意大利青醬,超級的美味,是清新的夏日之選 🤤🤤
一般西湯做法,湯煲加入清雞湯、香葉,及適量的水煲滾。。。
所有蔬菜切粒,用橄欖油、蒜蓉起鑊,爆香洋蔥、西芹、青椒、紅蘿蔔、放入清雞湯,隨後加入白磨菇、蕃茄、薯仔、椰菜等。。。
鍾意食咩就落咩啦 😆😆
大概煲2小時,落少許個鹽、乾雜香草、黑椒調味,已經好好味。。。😋😋
雖然沒有加入肉類,但用了清雞湯做湯底,加入新鮮蔬菜,吃一碗已經夠哂飽肚,大量膳食纖維,夏天減肥良品 😝😝
