I consider myself very lucky when it comes to my journey during pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. I’ve learned more about my body and what it can do and I am just blown away by how amazing a female body is with adapting and healing. (Photo 1) Just after 2 weeks of delivering my beautiful boy, breastfeeding alone helped my stomach shrink back to almost normal. (Photo 2) Then at 1 month postpartum, after doing some belly binding with @restoringmums I could see my belly firming up. (Photo 3) And now, after slowly getting back into exercising, first with some pilates to regain awareness in my inner core, then dancing to get some cardio and feel good, and of course, getting back into my yoga practice. I’m content with my body even if it looks slightly different from pre pregnancy. The most important thing is to feel good in my own skin, be healthy, and to love my little boy. 💕💕💕

上週末長騎241km的準備+心得
因為前幾次挑戰230-240km 都爆胎兩次
之前因為被 CADEX Cycling 無內胎 race tire 寵壞了,運氣很好,一直沒有爆胎過
Gravel bike 也是無內胎,但最近也蠻常爆胎,學到無內胎不代表不會爆胎
而且爆胎要特別做準備不然回不了家
一次是下坡高速撞大坑pot hole 撞破side wall (側牆,基本上沒有plug 修不好)那個城市好像税都不拿來修路
第二次修不好是後輪胎不知道扎到什麼洞太大
其實第二次修的好,但因為備胎沒檢查已經破了所以還是沒修好
之後研究無內胎怎麼修,還學到蠻多東西
1. 最容易的是靠sealant,我前輪上週末其實也flat 但sealant 有補到
所以使用無內胎的話一定要檢查sealant 夠不夠
因為加州乾燥,我大概沒兩個月會補膠水sealant
sealant 不夠沒膠水洞就補不起來
2. 第二容易的是用plug,我現在是用dynaplug,是給洞太大的時候膠水沒法補,直接塞一個橡皮條去堵住洞。
3. 第三最不想弄的是,裏面裝內胎回家
聽起來很簡單,但首先你要把輪胎一邊拆出來
有些無內胎沒經驗沒力氣你基本上是拆不下來
因為是無內胎,輪胎bead跟輪框超級緊
所以最好是選輪胎+輪框搭配好裝的
cadex 輪胎 + cadex 輪子 基本上用手是可以拆裝的
接下來你要拆tubeless valve
出門之前最好檢查一下用手拆的下來拆不下來
有時候膠水硬了乾了就會卡住,或是你的天才技師鎖太緊
然後你如果輪框太高,你的備用內胎的valve一定要有removable valve core,可以裝加長的valve extender
都順利的話,就禱告一下,裝好 希望打氣完不要 psssssssss
還有一些心得就是,胎壓低舒服但也不能太低
太低的話輪胎跟路面觸碰的面積增加,更大機會可以戳破輪胎,現在都乖乖的打 80-85psi (每個胎寬 + 體重+車重+路面 都不一樣,可以參考https://info.silca.cc/silca-professional-pressure-calculator
下坡覺得路坑坑疤疤的就最好慢一點。高度來不及躲開坑就pssssssss
路上眼睛增大一點,看到有什麼小石頭一對的玻璃什麼五四三的就離遠一點
可以的準備都準備,hand pump,plugs,spare inner tube,tire lever,master chain link, multi tool, extra sealant 以防萬一
這次最後試了比大鐵的補給
會用4x320 Maurten,nuun tablet 電解質,1-2 個clifbar,咖啡因 gel,很多水
