I call this cable starfish hahaha. Here's another way to work those inner thigh muscles when you don't have an adductor machine.
1. Using ankle wraps lock your feet at two cables.
2. Set weight light, really recommended, dont let the ego get to you.
3. Starting with feet 90° facing the ceiling slowly open your legs into starfish (dont look at anybody while doing this)
4. At the bottom engage inner thigh muscles and bring legs back up to starting point.
5. Repeat for 10 and 4 sets.
